Claims (1)
- 電解質膜の両側に、それぞれ電極触媒層及びガス拡散層を積層した電極が設けられる電解質膜・電極構造体と、セパレータとは、電極面が重力方向に沿った立位姿勢で水平方向に沿って積層されるとともに、酸化剤ガス又は燃料ガスである反応ガスを前記電極面に沿って水平方向に流通させる反応ガス流路が設けられる燃料電池であって、
前記反応ガス流路は、それぞれ水平方向に波状に延在するとともに、重力方向に配列される複数の波形状流路部を備え、
複数の前記波形状流路部の中、重力方向下方の最端部に配置される前記波形状流路部の一部は、前記電極触媒層の平面領域から重力方向下方の外方に突出することを特徴とする燃料電池。
