Description
図1は、第1の実施の形態における電気自動車の回転電機制御装置(以下では、モータ制御装置と呼ぶ)の構成を示す図である。なお図1の破線矢印は信号の流れを示している。車両には、車両のエネルギー源であるバッテリ1と、車両を電動駆動するモータ2と、バッテリ1とモータ2の間で電力変換を行うインバータ電源3と、インバータ電源3,制動装置7および磁石過熱警告灯17等を制御する制御演算部8とを備えている。
図11〜14は、本発明の第2の実施の形態を説明する図である。図11は、第2の実施の形態におけるモータ制御装置の概略構成を示す図であり、破線矢印は信号の流れを示している。なお、図1に示す要素と同様の要素に対しては同一の符号を付して相違点を中心に説明する。
図15、16は第3の実施の形態におけるモータ制御装置の概略構成を示す図である。第3の実施の形態では、上述した第1の実施の形態の一部の構成(制御装置の構成)を変更したものである。なお、図1に示す要素と同様の要素に対しては同一の符号を付し、以下では相違点を中心に説明する。図15の破線矢印は信号の流れを示している。
Claims (7)
- コイルが設けられたステータと磁石が設けられたロータとを有する車両駆動用回転電機、前記車両駆動用回転電機に駆動電流を供給するインバータ装置、および制動装置を備えた車両に搭載され、
前記インバータ装置へのトルク指令を算出するトルク指令演算部と、
前記制動装置への制動指令を算出する制動指令演算部と、
前記コイルの温度情報を取得するコイル温度取得部と、
前記磁石の温度情報を取得する磁石温度取得部と、
前記コイルの温度情報に基づいて第1のトルク制限値を算出する第1トルク制限部と、
前記磁石の温度情報に基づいて第2のトルク制限値を算出する第2トルク制限部と、
前記磁石の温度情報に基づいて前記車両駆動用回転電機の回転数制限値を算出する回転数制限演算部と、
前記回転数制限値における車両走行抵抗を求め、該車両走行抵抗に相当する釣合トルクを算出する釣合トルク演算部と、を備え、
前記トルク指令演算部は、前記車両駆動用回転電機の動作点のトルクが前記第1および第2のトルク制限値以下となり、前記動作点の回転数が前記回転数制限値以下となるようなトルク指令を出力するものであって、前記釣合トルクが負の値である場合にトルクゼロのトルク指令を出力し、
前記制動指令演算部は、前記釣合トルクが負の値である場合に制動力を発生させる制動指令を出力することを特徴とする回転電機制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機制御装置において、
前記車両に設けられたブレーキセンサのセンサ信号に基づいて、制動力要求を算出する制動力要求演算部を備え、
前記制動指令演算部は、
前記釣合トルク演算部で算出された前記釣合トルクが前記制動力要求に相当するトルクよりも小さい場合には、前記釣合トルクに基づく制動力を発生させるための制動指令を出力し、
前記釣合トルクが前記制動力要求に相当するトルク以上の場合には、前記制動力要求に基づく制動力を発生させるための制動指令を出力することを特徴とする回転電機制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の回転電機制御装置において、
前記車両は、前記車両駆動用回転電機の回転を変速して前記車両の駆動輪へ伝達する変速機を備えており、
前記車両に設けられたアクセルセンサのセンサ信号に基づいて、出力要求を算出する出力要求演算部と、
前記出力要求に基づいて前記車両駆動用回転電機に対する要求回転数を算出する回転数演算部と、
前記回転数制限値が前記要求回転数以上の場合には、前記車両駆動用回転電機の回転数が前記要求回転数となるような変速比を前記変速機へ出力し、前記回転数制限値が前記要求回転数より小さい場合には、前記車両駆動用回転電機の回転数が前記回転数制限値となるような変速比を前記変速機へ出力する変速指令演算部と、を備えたことを特徴とする回転電機制御装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の回転電機制御装置において、
前記コイル温度取得部は前記コイルの温度を検出する温度センサの検出値に基づいて前記温度情報を取得し、
前記磁石温度取得部は、前記コイル温度取得部で取得された前記温度情報と、前記イン
バータ装置による前記車両駆動用回転電機の駆動状態とに基づいて、前記磁石の温度情報として前記磁石の温度を推定することを特徴とする回転電機制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載の回転電機制御装置において、
前記車両駆動用回転電機の駆動状態は、該車両駆動用回転電機のトルクおよび回転数であることを特徴とする回転電機制御装置。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の回転電機制御装置において、
前記磁石温度取得部により取得された前記磁石の温度情報に基づいて、前記磁石が所定温度以上になったことを警告する磁石過熱警告部を備えたことを特徴とする回転電機制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機制御装置において、
少なくとも、前記第1トルク制限部、前記第2トルク制限部、前記回転数制限演算部および前記トルク指令演算部を有する第1の制御演算ユニットと、
少なくとも、前記第1の制御演算ユニットから送信された前記回転数制限値に基づいて前記釣合トルクを算出する前記釣合トルク演算部、および前記制動指令演算部を有する第2の制御演算ユニットと、を備えたことを特徴とする回転電機制御装置。
