Description
本実施の形態では、本発明の照明装置の一形態について図1乃至図6、及び図10を用いて説明する。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1において、補助配線が設けられた照明装置の例を図11及び図12を用いて説明する。従って、他は実施の形態1と同様に行うことができ、実施の形態1と同一部分又は同様な機能を有する部分、及び工程の繰り返しの説明は省略する。
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様である照明装置に用いる発光素子の素子構造の一例について説明する。
本実施の形態では、照明装置の応用例を示す。
Claims (2)
- 筐体を有し、
前記筐体は、発光素子を内包し、
前記筐体の周縁部に第1端子電極と第2端子電極とを有し、
前記発光素子は、第1電極及び第2電極に挟持されたEL層を有し、
前記第1電極と前記第1端子電極とは電気的に接続され、
前記第2電極と前記第2端子電極とは電気的に接続され、
前記第1電極と第2電極の少なくとも一方は透光性を有し、
前記筐体の前記発光素子の光放射面を覆う領域は透光性を有し、
前記第1端子電極及び前記第2端子電極が外部電源の端子電極とそれぞれ接続可能である照明装置であって、
前記筐体の前記発光素子の光放射面を覆う領域は、高屈折率材料層と、前記高屈折率材料層に接しかつ両面に複数の凹凸を有する第1筐体と、を有し、
前記高屈折率材料層の屈折率は、1.6以上であり、
前記第1筐体の屈折率は、1.4以上1.6未満であり、
前記第1筐体の前記発光素子側の面の凹凸の高さは、0.1乃至100μmの範囲であり、
前記第1筐体の前記発光素子の逆側の面の凹凸の高さは、0.1乃至1000μmの範囲であることを特徴とする照明装置。 - 筐体を有し、
前記筐体は、発光素子を内包し、
前記筐体の周縁部に第1端子電極、第2端子電極、第3端子電極、及び第4端子電極を有し、
前記発光素子は、第1電極及び第2電極に挟持されたEL層を有し、
前記第1電極と前記第1端子電極とは電気的に接続され、
前記第2電極と前記第2端子電極とは電気的に接続され、
前記第3端子電極及び前記第4端子電極はセンサ素子と電気的に接続され、
前記筐体の前記発光素子の光放射面を覆う領域は透光性を有し、
前記第1電極と第2電極の少なくとも一方は透光性を有し、
前記第1端子電極、前記第2端子電極、前記第3端子電極、及び前記第4端子電極が外部電源の端子電極とそれぞれ接続可能である照明装置であって、
前記筐体の前記発光素子の光放射面を覆う領域は、高屈折率材料層と、前記高屈折率材料層に接しかつ両面に複数の凹凸を有する第1筐体と、を有し、
前記高屈折率材料層の屈折率は、1.6以上であり、
前記第1筐体の屈折率は、1.4以上1.6未満であり、
前記第1筐体の前記発光素子側の面の凹凸の高さは、0.1乃至100μmの範囲であり、
前記第1筐体の前記発光素子の逆側の面の凹凸の高さは、0.1乃至1000μmの範囲であることを特徴とする照明装置。
