Claims (10)
- 電動モータ(10)で駆動される回転軸(11)と、その回転軸(11)の回転を直動部材の直線運動に変換する直動機構と、前記直動部材を軸方向にスライド可能に収容する収容孔(24)が設けられたキャリパボディ(6)と、前記直動部材の軸方向前端に配置された摩擦パッド(8)とを有し、前記直動部材で摩擦パッド(8)を押圧してブレーキディスク(2)に押さえ付ける電動ブレーキ装置において、
前記直動部材で摩擦パッド(8)を押圧したときに直動部材に作用する軸方向後方への反力を受け止める反力受け部材(15)を直動部材の軸方向後方に設け、その反力受け部材(15)の変位を測定する変位センサ(38)を設け、
前記反力受け部材(15)の最内径側部分(15a)の軸方向変位を測定するように前記変位センサ(38)を取り付けたことを特徴とする電動ブレーキ装置。 - 前記収容孔(24)の内周の前記直動部材(13)のスライドする部分よりも軸方向後方に円周溝(30)を設け、その円周溝(30)に、前記反力受け部材(15)の軸方向後方への移動を規制する止め輪(31)を装着した請求項1に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記止め輪(31)と前記反力受け部材(15)の間に弾性部材(40)を挟み込んだ請求項2に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記弾性部材(40)として、前記止め輪(31)の内径よりも径方向内側の位置で前記反力受け部材(15)に当接する断面L字状の環状金属部材を用いた請求項3に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記反力受け部材(15)の軸方向後方に前記回転軸(11)が貫通するリング状のセンサ取付板(37)を固定し、そのセンサ取付板(37)に前記変位センサ(38)を取り付けた請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記変位センサ(38)として光学センサを用いた請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記光学センサと前記反力受け部材(15)の間の空間を前記反力受け部材(15)の変位に応じて変形する柔軟部材で覆った請求項6に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記変位センサ(38)として磁気式センサ、渦電流式センサ、静電容量式センサのいずれかを用いた請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 軸方向に直交する方向を磁化方向とする複数の永久磁石(70)をN極とS極が軸方向に隣り合うように配置して前記反力受け部材(15)に固定し、軸方向に隣り合う前記N極とS極の境目の近傍に前記変位センサ(38)として磁気センサを設けた請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記直動機構は、前記回転軸(11)の外径面に転がり接触する複数の遊星ローラ(12)と、その複数の遊星ローラ(12)を自転可能かつ公転可能に保持し、軸方向移動を規制されたキャリヤ(14)と、前記複数の遊星ローラ(12)を囲むように配置された前記直動部材としての外輪部材(13)と、その外輪部材(13)の内径面に設けられた螺旋凸条(28)と、その螺旋凸条(28)と係合するように前記各遊星ローラ(12)の外径面に設けられた螺旋溝(29)または円周溝とからなる請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
