Description
ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第3702271号明細書から、曲げ力吸収装置が公知である。
これに対して本発明による、独立請求項の特徴部に記載の構成を有する力測定素子の利点によれば、曲げエレメントがダブル曲げビームを備えており、ダブル曲げビームはビームごとにばね成形部を形成しており、この場合ダブル曲げビームは片側で緊締されており、力導入はダブル曲げビームの長手方向に対して垂直に行われる。これによって力測定方向で負荷の生じる際のひずみ分布は、最適化されている。また構造形態が最小化される。別の空間方向で、力測定素子は、選択された形態によって、力測定方向に作用しない荷重による破壊に対して不感である。この場合ばね成形部は、ひずみ分布および力測定方向が最適であるように形成されている。つまり材料を機械的に破壊することなく、大きな変位を達成することができる。破壊基準として、たとえば弾性的なひずみ限界または持続荷重強さが用いられる。
次に本発明の実施例を図示し、詳しく説明する。
Claims (5)
- 力測定素子であって、
力測定のための曲げエレメントが設けられており、曲げエレメント(14,21,30)が、ダブル曲げビームを備えており、該ダブル曲げビームが、ビーム(12,13,23,24,34,35)ごとに、ばね成形部を形成しており、ダブル曲げビームが、片側で緊締されており、力導入(Fz)が、実質的にダブル曲げビームの長手方向に対して垂直に行われるようになっており、ばね中央に向かって先細の楔形部分が形成されるように、ばね成形部が形成されており、ダブル曲げビームに沿って貫通孔(33,53)が形成されるように、ばね成形部が形成されており、貫通孔(33,53)が角隅部を備えるように、貫通孔(33,53)およびばね成形部が形成されている形式のものにおいて、
貫通孔(33,53)が、角隅部で楕円形を成しており、力を測定するために、距離センサ(10)が設けられており、距離センサが、傾動運動の中心点に配置されていることを特徴とする、力測定素子。 - 力測定素子の横断面が、矩形(32)、円形(22)、楕円または部分円形に形成されている、請求項1記載の力測定素子。
- 距離センサが、磁界を形成する基準と磁界に敏感な測定素子とを備えている、請求項1記載の力測定素子。
- 距離センサが、光学式または容量式に形成されている、請求項1記載の力測定素子。
- ダブル曲げビームを包囲するスリーブ(92)が設けられており、該スリーブ(92)が、ダブル曲げビームの緊締側とは反対側で該ダブル曲げビームに取り付けられており、該スリーブ(92)を介して、力導入が行われるようになっている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の力測定素子。
