Claims (7)
- 力測定素子であって、
力測定のための曲げエレメントが設けられており、曲げエレメント(14,21,30)が、ダブル曲げビームを備えており、該ダブル曲げビームが、ビーム(12,13,23,24,34,35)ごとに、ばね成形部を形成しており、ダブル曲げビームが、片側で緊締されており、力導入(Fz)が、実質的にダブル曲げビームの長手方向に対して垂直に行われるようになっており、
力を測定するために、距離センサ(10)が設けられており、距離センサ(10)が、傾動運動の中心点に配置されている形式のものにおいて、
ばね中央に向かって先細の楔形部分が形成されるように、ばね成形部が形成されており、先細の楔形部分は、外側のテーパ部(I,II)と内側のテーパ部(III,IV)とを備えており、外側のテーパ部(I,II)および内側のテーパ部(III,IV)は、それぞればねの中央に向かって延びていることを特徴とする、力測定素子。 - 距離センサが、磁界を形成する基準と磁界に敏感な測定素子とを備えている、請求項1記載の力測定素子。
- 距離センサが、光学式または容量式に形成されている、請求項1記載の力測定素子。
- 力測定素子の横断面が、矩形(32)、円形(22)、楕円または部分円形に形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の力測定素子。
- ダブル曲げビームに沿って貫通孔(33,53)が形成されるように、ばね成形部が形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の力測定素子。
- 貫通孔(33,53)が、角隅部を備えており、該角隅部が、角隅部(33,53)で楕円形を成すように、貫通孔(33,53)およびばね成形部が形成されている、請求項5記載の力測定素子。
- ダブル曲げビームを包囲するスリーブ(92)が設けられており、該スリーブ(92)が、ダブル曲げビームの緊締側とは反対側で該ダブル曲げビームに取り付けられており、該スリーブ(92)を介して、力導入が行われるようになっている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の力測定素子。
