Description
a)高分子フィラメント及び/または高分子ステープルファイバーを含む少なくとも1本の第1糸であって、上記フィラメント及び/またはステープルファイバーが硬質成分を含み、上記硬質成分が複数本の硬質繊維であり、上記硬質繊維が25ミクロン以下の平均直径を有する、少なくとも1本の第1糸と;
b)少なくとも1本の連続弾性フィラメントと
を含む、耐切断性複合糸を提供する。
[比較実験1]
以下から糸を作った:
i. 440dtexの標準ゲル紡糸フィラメントUHMwPE糸(ダイニーマ(登録商標)SK65という名称で知られる);
ii. 78dtex(46本のフィラメント)の原液着色黒色ポリアミド。
iii. 110dtexのライクラ(Lycra(登録商標))糸。
比較実験1に従って上記の糸を用いて糸を作った(上記のi.〜iii.を参照)。ダイニーマ(登録商標)SK65の繊度は220dtexであり、ライクラ(登録商標)糸の繊度は約36dtexであり、原液着色の黒色ポリアミドの繊度は約65dtexであった。ライクラ(登録商標)糸を、ダブルカバーリングマシーンで2回引き延ばし(延伸し)、最初にダイニーマ(登録商標)糸を200回転/メートルで巻き付け(S巻き付け)、その後2回目にナイロン糸を250回転/メートルで巻き付けた(Z巻き付け)。18ゲージの編機でこの糸を用いて、シングルジャージー構成の布帛を含む手袋を作った。手袋の重量は約15gであった。手袋の手のひら部は、上記手袋を水性ポリウレタン分散液中に上記手袋を浸すことにより、ポリウレタンで覆った。被覆された手袋の重量は約19gであった。ASTM F 1790−97に従って測定した切断抵抗は250gであった。
以下の成分を用い、比較実験1の場合のようにして、糸を作った。
i. 5重量%の鉱物繊維(RB215−Roxul(商標)1000という商品名で販売)と95重量%のUHMWPE(IVが約21.0dl/g)(国際公開第2008/046476号パンフレットの実施例1に従って製造された)とからなる440dtexの糸;
ii. 78dtexの原液着色の黒色ポリアミド。
iii. 110dtexのライクラ(登録商標)糸。
以下の成分を用い、比較実験1の場合のようにして、糸を作った。
i. 5重量%の鉱物繊維(RB215−Roxul(商標)1000という商品名で販売)と95重量%のUHMWPE(IVが約21.0dl/g)(国際公開第2008/046476号パンフレットの実施例1に従って製造された)とからなる440dtexの糸;
ii. 156dtexの原液着色の黒色ポリアミド。
iii. 110dtexのライクラ(登録商標)糸。
比較実験2を繰り返したが、但し、220dtexのダイニーマ(登録商標)SK65の代わりに、5重量%の鉱物繊維(RB215−Roxul(商標)1000という商品名で販売)と95重量%のUHMWPE(IVが約21.0dl/g)(国際公開第2008/046476号パンフレットの実施例1に従って製造された)とからなる220dtexの糸を用いた。被覆前の手袋の重量は12.6gであり、被覆後では21gであった。手袋の切断抵抗は780gであった。
Claims (14)
- a)高分子フィラメント及び/または高分子ステープルファイバーを含む少なくとも1本の第1糸であって、前記フィラメント及び/またはステープルファイバーが硬質成分を含み、前記硬質成分が複数本の硬質繊維であり、前記硬質繊維が25ミクロン以下の平均直径を有し、前記硬質繊維がガラス繊維、鉱物繊維又は金属繊維である、少なくとも1本の第1糸と;
b)少なくとも1本の連続弾性フィラメントと
を含む、耐切断性複合糸。 - ポリエステル及び/またはナイロンの、フィラメント及び/またはステープルファイバーを含む少なくとも1本の糸をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の糸。
- ポリエチレンの溶融紡糸フィラメント及び/または溶融紡糸ステープルファイバーを含む少なくとも1本の糸をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の糸。
- 超高分子量ポリエチレンのゲル紡糸フィラメント及び/またはゲル紡糸ステープルファイバーを含む少なくとも1本の糸をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の糸。
- 前記第1糸の繊度が100から400dtexの間である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の糸。
- 前記弾性フィラメントが、弛緩状態において8〜220dtexの間の線密度を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の糸。
- 前記弾性フィラメントが、セグメント化ポリウレタンを含む長鎖合成ポリマーから製造される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の糸。
- 繊度が100〜10.000dtexの間である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の糸。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の糸を含む、軽量の耐切断性布帛。
- 前記布帛が、ASTM F 1790−97で測定された場合に500gより大きい切断抵抗を有し、かつ400g/m2以下の面密度を有する、請求項9に記載の布帛。
