Abstract

Description
本申请是申请日为2010年2月9日的中国专利申请201080007173.6(PCT/EP2010/051561)的分案申请。
本发明涉及一种耐切割的弹性复合纱线以及包含所述复合纱线的产品。特别地,本发明涉及包含所述复合纱线的耐切割织物和手套。
WO 2008/046476公开了一种包含丝线和/或短切纤维的耐切割纱线,所述丝线或纤维包含以多根平均直径为至多25微米的硬质纤维形式存在的硬组分。其中还公开了这种纱线的制备方法。根据WO 2008/046476的纱线易于制造并且显示出改善的耐切割性、良好的机械性能并且很柔韧、易于清洗。WO 2008/046476还公开了复合纱线,其包含围绕由金属丝组成的芯缠绕的上述耐切割纱线。
本发明的目的是提供一种具有改善的机械性能和耐切割性的耐切割复合纱线。本发明的另一个目的是提供一种具有改善的耐切割性、重量轻的织物。
因此本发明提供了一种耐切割的复合纱线,其包含:
a)至少一种含有聚合物丝线和/或短切聚合物纤维的第一纱线,所述丝线和/或短切纤维含有硬组分,所述硬组分是多根硬质纤维,所述硬质纤维的平均直径为至多25微米;以及
b)至少一种连续的弹性丝线。
已观察到:穿戴由本发明的纱线制成的制品(具体是手套)时不易疲劳,并且此外,与仅由第一纱线组成的纱线或由包含钢纤维或玻璃纤维的复合纱线组成的纱线制成的制品相比,所述制品能提供改善的耐切割性。

用于制备第一纱线的聚合物丝线和/或短切聚合物纤维的优选的材料是聚烯烃,特别是聚乙烯,更优选超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMwPE),即特性粘度(IV)为至少8dl/g的聚乙烯,其特性粘度测试条件为:根据方法PTC-179(Hercules Inc.Rev.Apr.29,1982),在135℃下,十氢化萘中,溶解时间为16小时,采用用量为2g/l溶液的DBPC作为抗氧剂,其中将在不同浓度下测量的粘度外推得到零浓度下的粘度。

优选地,第一纱线的丝线和/或短切纤维的纤度(titer)为至少0.1dpf,更优选为至少1.0dpf,最优选为至少1.5dpf。这样做的优点是含较低dpf纤维的织物具有改善的舒适性。优选地,所述纤度为至多20dpf,更优选为至多10dpf,最优选为至多5dpf。当第一纱线的纤度为至少10dtex、优选地为至少40dtex、更优选地为至少70dtex时得到良好的结果。第一纱线的最大纤度仅由实践原因规定,并且优选地为至多7500dtex,更优选地为至多5000dtex,最优选地为至多2500dtex。在一个优选的实施方式中,第一纱线的纤度介于100和400dtex之间,更优选地介于200和300dtex之间,这样做的优点是包含其的本发明的纱线可以适用于构建较轻和/或具有改善的耐切割性的制品(例如手套)。
优选地,本发明的纱线的纤度介于100dtex和10000dtex之间,更优选地介于200dtex和1000dtex之间,最优选地介于300dtex和500dtex之间。观察到:这种低纤度的本发明纱线可以适用于构建具有改善的耐切割性的制品(例如手套)。例如,包含由纤度介于300dtex和500dtex之间的本发明纱线构建的织物的手套不仅薄、重量轻,而且在处理小的物体时能为穿戴者提供较大的操作灵活性同时具有良好的耐切割性。
本发明的纱线还包含至少一种弹性丝线,即具有伸展及回复性的丝线。弹性丝线还可以被其他类型的丝线和/或短切纤维包覆从而在所述弹性丝线上形成外鞘,尽管不是很重要但实际上弹性丝线可以被外鞘全部包覆。
本发明纱线中的弹性丝线可以以一根或更多根单丝或一个或更多个丝线结合体的形式存在。但是优选仅使用一个丝线结合体。不论存在的是一根或更多根单丝或一个或更多个丝线结合体,松弛状态下弹性丝线总的线密度优选介于8和560dtex之间,优选线密度的范围介于17和560dtex之间,更优选地介于22和220dtex之间,甚至更优选地介于40和220dtex之间,最优选地介于44和156dtex之间。观察到:包含纤度在这些优选范围内的弹性丝线的本发明制品的耐切割性得到改善。
优选的弹性纤维包括基于烯烃的伸缩性纤维,例如DOW XLA;双组分聚酯基纤维,例如来自DuPont的T400;以及变形(texturized)聚酯或尼龙。变形(texturizing)是通过加热和拉伸使聚酯或尼龙的部分取向的丝纱稳定从而制备起皱和弹性的连续丝纱的过程。
更优选的弹性纤维是由包含嵌段聚氨酯的长链合成聚合物制成的纤维。优选地,所述聚合物包含至少85重量%的嵌段聚氨酯。更优选地,所述所述嵌段聚氨酯是弹性纤维型(spandex)。弹性纤维型的嵌段聚氨酯是例如美国专利2929801、2929802、2929803、2929804、2953839、2957852、2962470、2999839和3009901中描述的那些。
本发明的纱线还可以包含其他丝线和/或短切纤维,例如由上述示例性例子所列举的聚合物材料制成的丝线和/或短切纤维。这种丝线和/或短切纤维是可商购的。短切纤维通常通过切割或拉断丝线得到。
优选地,本发明的纱线进一步包含至少一种含有聚酯的丝线和/或短切纤维的纱线,诸如聚(对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯),聚(对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)和聚(对苯二甲酸1,4亚环己基二亚甲基酯)。观察到:由这种纱线制成的织物显示出良好的可染性以及进一步改善的耐切割性。
优选地,本发明的纱线进一步包含至少一种含有尼龙的丝线和/或短切纤维的纱线,诸如聚(六亚甲基己二酰胺)(通常所说的尼龙6,6);聚(4-氨基丁酸)(通常所说的尼龙6)。观察到:由这种纱线制成的织物也显示出良好的可染性以及改善的耐切割性。优选地,所述包含尼龙的丝线和/或短切纤维的纱线的纤度为至少10dtex,更优选为至少50dtex,最优选为至少100dtex。所述包含尼龙的丝线和/或短切纤维的纱线的最大纤度仅受实际所限,优选地所述纤度为至多10000dtex,更优选为至多5000dtex,最优选为至多1000dtex。
优选地,本发明的纱线进一步包含至少一种含有聚乙烯的熔融纺丝的丝线和/或短切纤维的纱线。观察到:由这种纱线制成的织物显示出改善的舒适性。
优选地,本发明的纱线进一步包含至少一种含有UHMwPE(例如已知为的UHMwPE纱线)的凝胶纺丝的丝线和/或短切纤维的纱线。观察到:由这种纱线制成的织物显示出进一步改善的耐切割性。
上述优选的纱线可以组合并用在本发明的纱线中。
本发明纱线的第一纱线和弹性丝线可以加捻在一起,因为观察到加捻的纱线具有改善的机械稳定性。当加捻系数(匝/米)介于50和500之间、更优选地介于150和400之间时,得到改善的耐磨性和舒适性。
在一个更优选的实施方式中,本发明的纱线通过如下构建:使弹性丝线保持拉伸,同时将第一纱线缠绕在所述弹性丝线上。优选地,将第二纱线(例如聚酯纱线)缠绕在第一纱线上从而形成双层缠绕的结构。
本发明进一步涉及包含本发明的纱线的织物。
本发明的织物可以具有本领域中已知的任何一种结构,诸如纺织、针织、摺叠、编织或非织或其组合。纺织织物可包括平纹、罗纹、席纹和斜纹织物等等。针织织物可以是纬编的织物(例如单面针织物或双面针织物)或经编的织物。非织物的例子是毛毡。“Handbookof Technical Textiles”,ISBN 978-1-59124-651-0的第4、5、6章描述了纺织、针织或非织织物的其他例子及其制造方法,这些公开内容通过引用结合于此。这本手册的第11章描述了编织织物的种类和例子,更具体是在11.4.1段中,这些公开内容通过引用结合于此。
优选地,本发明的织物是针织织物或纺织织物。圆筒针或经编针织物、平针或平织织物取得良好的结果。观察到,这种织物具有增大的柔韧度和柔软性,同时具有改善的耐切割性。已证明当用于制造手套时,平织织物特别有利。
到目前为止,不可能利用机号(gauge)高达18或更高的针织机来用聚合物纱线(即不含玻璃或钢纤维的纱线)制造具有高水平耐切割性的织物。在这种高机号的机器中,只能使用低纤度(例如低于400dtex)的纱线。但是,用这种低纤度纱线得到的织物的耐切割性也降低。因此,到目前为止使用机号为至多13的针织机来制造具有耐切割性的织物。
观察到:可以用本发明的纱线制备具有高水平耐切割性(即通过ASTM F1790-97测定的耐切割性高于500g)同时重量也很轻的织物(即面密度低于400g/m2)。可以通过常用的(例如机号为15或18)针织机用本发明的纱线制备这种具有高的耐切割性的织物。
因此,本发明涉及一种重量轻、耐切割的织物,其耐切割性通过ASTM F1790-97测定高于500g,面密度为至多400g/m2。更具体地,本发明涉及一种重量轻、耐切割的织物,其耐切割性通过ASTM F1790-97测定高于500g,面密度为至多400g/m2,所述织物包含本发明的纱线。面密度是每单位面积织物的重量,以g/m2表示。优选地,重量轻、耐切割的织物的耐切割性为至少1000g,更优选地为至少1500g,最优选为至少2000g。优选地,重量轻、耐切割的织物的面密度为至多300g/m2,更优选地为至多200g/m2。优选地,本发明的重量轻、耐切割的织物是针织织物,更优选地是在机号为至少15、更优选为18或更高的针织机上针织的织物。优选地,本发明重量轻、耐切割的织物包含本发明的纱线。本发明还涉及一种包含本发明的重量轻、耐切割的织物的手套。
本发明进一步涉及包含本发明的纱线的手套。这种手套具有改善的舒适度和操作灵活性。此外,本发明的手套降低穿戴者的手指疲劳,特别是在长的使用期间。
优选地,本发明织物(具体是手套)的至少一部分表面被弹性涂料涂覆。优选地,从所述弹性体的水分散体中或从所述弹性体在合适溶剂的溶液中得到所述涂料。优选地,所述弹性体基于选自由下列材料组中的材料:聚氨酯(水基或溶剂基)、氯磺化聚乙烯(例如)、聚乙烯醇、丁基橡胶、腈及其混合物。例如EP 1349463公开了涂覆方法。最优选的弹性体是聚氨酯,因为其良好的摩擦性能。
本发明还涉及其他制品,具体涉及含有本发明的织物的服装,例如外套、衣服、衣饰等。服装制品的例子包括但不限于:围裙、护腿、短裤、衬衫、夹克、外套、袜子、内衣、背心、帽子等。
使用本发明的织物有利的具体衣服包括与运动有关的衣服,例如滑冰者、骑摩托车的人、骑自行车的人用的防护服,以及滑雪服装、束发带、头盔衬垫。
本发明还涉及本发明的织物在上述制品中的用途,具体涉及在以上列举实例中的用途。
对比实验和实施例
对比实验1
用下列制备纱线:
i.商品名为SK65的UHMwPE纱线的440dtex标准凝胶纺丝丝线;
ii.78dtex(46丝线)的纺染的(spun-dyed)黑色聚酰胺;
iii.110dtex的纱线。
纱线在双面包覆机上拉长(拉伸),首先用纱线缠绕,然后用尼龙纱线缠绕。
在Shima Seiki 13机号的手套针织机上针织上述纱线得到手套。将手套浸泡在聚氨酯(溶剂基)中。根据ASTM F 1790-97,手套的耐切割性为450g。
对比实验2
用与对比实验1一样的上述纱线(参见上面的i.至iii.)制备纱线。SK65的纤度为220dtex,纱线的纤度约为36dtex,而纺染黑色聚酰胺的纤度约为65dtex。纱线在双面包覆机上拉长(拉伸)两次,首先以200匝/米的速度用纱线缠绕,然后以250匝/米的速用尼龙纱线缠绕(Z型缠绕)。
在18机号针织机上用所述纱线制备包含单面针织结构的织物的手套。该手套的重量约为15g。通过将所述手套浸入水基聚氨酯分散体使所述手套的掌部被聚氨酯包裹。被涂布的手套的重量为约19g。根据ASTM F 1790-97,手套的耐切割性为250g。
实施例1
用下列组分如对比实验1一样制备纱线:
i.根据WO 2008/046476实施例1制备的由5wt%的矿物纤维(以商品名RB215-RoxulTM1000出售)和95wt%UHMWPE(IV为约21.0dl/g)组成的440dtex的纱线;
ii.78dtex的纺染黑色聚酰胺;
iii.110dtex的纱线。
按该对比实验的方法制成的手套的耐切割性为1601g,是对比实验的手套的耐切割性的3.5倍。
实施例2
用下列组分如对比实验1一样制备纱线:
i.根据WO 2008/046476实施例1制备的由5wt%的矿物纤维(以商品名RB215-RoxulTM1000出售)和95wt%UHMWPE(IV为约21.0dl/g)组成的440dtex的纱线;
ii.156dtex的纺染黑色聚酰胺;
iii.110dtex的纱线。
按该对比实验的方法制成的手套的耐切割性为1789g,是对比实验的手套的耐切割性的3.9倍。
实施例3
重复对比实验2,但是用根据WO 2008/046476实施例1制备的由5wt%的矿物纤维(以商品名RB215-RoxulTM1000出售)和95wt%UHMWPE(IV为约21.0dl/g)组成的220dtex的纱线代替220dtexSK65。涂布之前手套的重量为12.6g,涂布之后为21g。手套的耐切割性为780g。
要指出的是:基于上面的实施例和对比实验的数据,本发明的纱线能为由其制成的手套提供增大的耐切割性。还可以使用18机号针织机制造所述手套,与在13机号编织机上用已知的耐切割纱线制成的手套相比更薄、更轻,且在处理小的物体时为穿戴者提供增大的操作灵活性。
Claims (14)
1.一种耐切割的复合纱线,其包含:
a)至少一种含有聚合物丝线和/或短切聚合物纤维的第一纱线,所述丝线和/或短切纤维包含硬组分,所述硬组分是多根硬质纤维,所述硬质纤维的平均直径为至多25微米;以及
b)至少一种连续的弹性丝线。
2.如权利要求1所述的纱线,其进一步包含至少一种含有聚酯和/或尼龙的丝线和/或短切纤维的纱线。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的纱线,其进一步包含至少一种含有聚乙烯的丝线和/或短切纤维的纱线。
4.如前面任何一个权利要求所述的纱线,其进一步包含至少一种含有超高分子量聚乙烯的凝胶纺丝丝线和/或短切纤维的纱线。
5.如前面任何一个权利要求所述的纱线,其中,所述第一纱线的纤度介于100和400dtex之间。
6.如前面任何一个权利要求所述的纱线,其中,所述弹性丝线在松弛状态下的线密度介于8和220dtex之间。
7.如前面任何一个权利要求所述的纱线,其中,所述弹性丝线由包含嵌段聚氨酯的长链合成聚合物制成。
8.如前面任何一个权利要求所述的纱线,其纤度介于100和10000dtex之间。
9.一种重量轻、耐切割的织物,其包含前面任何一个权利要求所述的纱线。
10.如权利要求9所述的织物,其中,根据ASTM F 1790-97测定,所述织物的耐切割性高于500g,面密度为至多400g/m2。
11.如权利要求9或10任意一项所述的织物,其中所述织物在至少15机号的针织机上制备。
12.如权利要求11所述的织物,其中所述针织机为至少18机号。
13.包含如权利要求9-12中任意一项所述的织物的手套。
14.如权利要求13所述的手套或权利要求9-12中任意一项所述的织物,其表面至少部分涂覆聚氨酯基弹性体。
