本发明涉及防护手套制造技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种短纤包覆手套,包括手套本体,所述手套本体包括手部佩戴部和收口部,所述手部佩戴部和收口部均由主纱编织而成,所述收口部加入有橡筋线,所述收口部远离手部佩戴部的一端设有涤纶边线,所述主纱由短纤包覆线、涤纶低弹丝和包氨纶纱缠绕而成,所述短纤包覆线采用短纤纱和硬质长丝,通过包覆工艺加工而成。本发明手套的切割等级在500gf以上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防护手套制造技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种短纤包覆手套及其制造工艺。
背景技术
高防割手套常用含有玻纤或者金属纤维的纱线作为原材料纱线,使用方法主要为全部使用防切割纱线作为原材料,或者将硬质纱线作为手套的面纱,并辅以蓬松的附纱作为手套的底纱结构以增加舒适感。
但是,首先硬质长丝材质的切割纱线,难以避免偶尔的玻纤断裂带来的对皮肤的刺激。含钢丝纱线的手套,如果纯织,钢丝将无法避免的有外露,将严重影响手感。如果将钢丝纱线作为面纱,辅以底纱的织造,亦无法避免钢丝对手感的影响,钢丝纱线如若织在罗纹面,附纱在毛圈面,钢丝在毛圈面中仍然是可以很容易被感觉到,特别是底纱不够蓬松的情况下;如果钢丝织在毛圈面,附纱在罗纹面,罗纹面的手感会是合格的,但是毛圈面的钢丝外露将非常严重,会影响手套的外部触感和浸胶。
现有防隔手套主纱大多使用的是长丝,在使用中常会出现以下问题:长丝由于长度太长,其粗细难以控制,在手套加工时不利于控制手套整体的柔软度。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种短纤包覆手套及其制造工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种短纤包覆手套,包括手套本体,所述手套本体包括手部佩戴部和收口部,所述手部佩戴部和收口部均由主纱编织而成,所述收口部加入有橡筋线,所述收口部远离手部佩戴部的一端设有涤纶边线,所述主纱由短纤包覆线、涤纶低弹丝和包氨纶纱缠绕而成,所述短纤包覆线采用短纤和硬质长丝,通过包覆工艺加工而成。
通过采用上述技术方案,由于本方案中带有玻纤短纤包芯,在满足ISO13997-1999切割标准规定的3N的防切割力的情况下,具有透气性好、吸湿、与胶体结合力好的效果。因为采用短纤,短纤蓬松,可以提供良好的透气性,短纤也相对长丝较为柔软,舒适度更高。并且短纤包覆线可以让比较少的短纤内包入比较多的硬质芯线。
进一步的,所述短纤长度控制在38-70mm,粗细为1.2-2.0D,采用高强高摩量聚乙烯纤维、或超细高强涤纶、或两种纤维混合物。
通过采用上述技术方案,选用上述材料提供柔软的手感体验度,另一方面为吸湿排汗做准备。使用短纤,可以增加纱线的柔软性。如果纤维过短,则毛羽较重,则编织的手套表面过于毛面,将容易搓出毛球,将会降低手套的耐用性,也容易形成陈旧感。如果选择过长,编织成的手套表面会变得非常光滑,但是整体的吸湿排汗的效果则会降低。
进一步的,所述硬质长丝包括金属丝或玻璃纤维。
一种短纤包覆手套的加工方法,其加工步骤如下:
S1、短纤预处理;
S2、清花;
S3、梳棉;
S4、并条;
S5、粗纱;
S6、细纱;
S7、自络筒;
S8、并线;
S9、第一次倍捻;
S10、第二次倍捻;
S11、仅采用主纱编织。
通过采用上述技术方案,对短纤进行预处理等11个步骤,实现对手套的完整编织,提供了一种在满足防切割力等级基础上,还具有良好吸湿排汗效果、透气性好、柔软度好、与胶体结合力好的手套。
进一步的,所述S1短纤预处理方法为:短纤维筛选,长度剪裁在51mm,粗细为1.5D;预处理:将获得的短纤进行浸入不含有机硅的助剂油浸1~2小时。
通过采用上述技术方案,本方案并不采用有机硅助剂,避免了有机硅与纤维产生荷叶效应,影响表面的透气性,进一步减弱吸湿效果。
进一步的,所述S7自络筒步骤为采用高压空气来实现各个短纱线节点之间的连接。
进一步的,所述S9第一次倍捻步骤为:将短纤包覆纱、涤纶低弹丝、包氨纶纱进行Z捻倍捻。
进一步的,所述S10第二次倍捻步骤为:将第一次倍捻产品进行S捻倍捻。
通过采用上述两部倍捻的技术方案,来解决编织成手套的整体打卷的问题。如果捻度控制非常大,织物例如手套手指边缘容易扭曲,如果捻度没有控制的话,将扭曲更加厉害,应力非常大。由于玻纤包芯线的残留捻度相对于金属包芯线的残留捻度高很多,所以在第一道倍捻使用Z捻方式,保护玻纤包芯线的结构,不让外层纤维产生松散,让玻纤裸露。第二道倍捻从另一方向进行,让外层松散的问题得到缓解,同时手套的外观也非常平整。
进一步的,所述包氨纶纱为涤纶包氨纶或尼龙包氨纶。
进一步的,所述包氨纶选择粗细为30D~70D,牵伸倍数为260%~320%。
通过采用上述技术方案,氨纶的粗细和牵伸倍数将会影响纱线的弹性程度和收缩情况,弹性程度也会影响手套的厚度和手感。如果氨纶牵伸倍数过大,回缩力道过大,将容易将硬质长丝顶出,也会影响对于手套的厚度,也会影响对于手部的压迫感。另外在生产过程中,并线的张力也需要考量。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明手套的切割等级在500gf以上;
2.本发明通过对短纤材料的选择,为手套整体吸湿排汗的功能做了铺垫;
3.本发明对包氨纶进行选择,能够起到增加手套弹性和使用舒适感的效果;
4.本发明具有吸湿排汗好,相对于市面上的手套柔软度提升;
5.本发明经济成本也非常低。

具体实施方式
实施例:一种短纤包覆手套,包括手套本体,手套本体包括手部佩戴部和收口部,手部佩戴部和收口部均由主纱编织而成,收口部加入有橡筋线,收口部远离手部佩戴部的一端设有涤纶边线。
主纱由短纤包覆线、涤纶低弹丝和包氨纶纱缠绕而成,短纤包覆线采用短纤和硬质长丝,通过包覆工艺加工而成。短纤长度控制在38-70mm,粗细1.2-2.0D,采用高强高模量聚乙烯纤维、或超细旦高强涤纶、或两者纤维的混合物。短纤长度控制在51mm,粗细为1.5D。短纤包覆工艺形成的主纱具有柔软,紧密,耐磨防切割性能好的优点。
一种短纤包覆手套的加工方法,如图1所示,其加工步骤如下:
S1、短纤预处理:先进行短纤维筛选,长度剪裁在51mm,粗细为1.5D;然后进行短纤预处理:将获得的短纤进行浸入不含有机硅的助剂油浸1~2小时。助剂可以选用柠檬酸钛40%~50%,苯基磷酸二甲酯35%~45%,醋酸锰5%~15%的混合处理助剂。
S2、清花:将紧压的原棉开松成约0.1mg的棉束;清除混在原棉中的杂质和棉结,使除杂效率达到80%;将各种品级的原棉进行均匀混和;制成均匀的棉卷或棉丛供梳棉工序使用。
S3、梳棉:开松棉束制成单纤维,清除杂质和短绒,梳棉条中的含杂率控制在0.02%~0.15%;纤维混和;成条。
S4、并条:将6-8根条子并合,使条子粗细段随机叠合,从而改善熟条的均匀度。用牵伸的方法控制成纱的重量偏差,同时改善条子结构,提高纤维的伸直度和分离度。利用反复并合和牵伸实现单纤维间的混合,常采用条子混合,以保证条子混棉成分正确,均匀,避免纱线或织物染色后产生色差。经并合,牵伸,混合后的纤维层,再经集束,压缩制成熟条,并有规律的放在条筒内,便于搬运和后道工序加工。
S5、粗纱:须条进入粗纱工序后,施加5-12倍牵伸,熟条将受到牵伸,并进一步改善纤维的伸直平行度与分离度。粗纱工序中,将牵伸后的须条被加上适当的捻度,这样有利于增强须条内纤维彼此间的联系力,使粗纱具有一定强力,以承受粗纱卷绕和在粗纱上退绕时的张力,防止意外牵伸或拉断。将加捻后的粗纱卷绕在筒管上,制成一定形状和大小的卷装,便于搬运,适应细纱机的喂入。
S6、细纱:将喂入的粗纱均匀地抽长拉细,与玻璃长丝包覆。给牵伸后须条加上适当的捻度,使细纱具有一定强力,弹性,光泽和手感等物理力学性能。将加捻后的细纱卷绕在筒管上,制成卷装,便于搬运,适应后序加工。
S7、自络筒:采用高压空气来实现各个短纱线节点之间的连接,减少连接接点,提高最后成品纱线的光滑度,减少飞絮。
S8、并线:为了保证合股加捻后的股线品质优良,在捻线前先经过并线工序,并线要求各单纱的张纱一致,以免出现捻幅不匀或小辫子纱,通过短纤和金属编织在一起形成短纤包覆纱。
S9-S10倍捻:第一次倍捻步骤为:将短纤包覆线、涤纶低弹丝、包氨纶纱进行Z捻倍捻。第二次倍捻步骤为:将第一次倍捻产品进行S捻倍捻,形成最终产品。
S11、编织:将一根成品纱作为主纱编织,按照编织密度、螺口松紧度、单位体积密度等要求进行手套编织。

1.一种短纤包覆手套,包括手套本体,其特征在于:所述手套本体包括手部佩戴部和收口部,所述手部佩戴部和收口部均由主纱编织而成,所述收口部加入有橡筋线,所述收口部远离手部佩戴部的一端设有涤纶边线,所述主纱由短纤包覆线、涤纶低弹丝和包氨纶纱缠绕而成,所述短纤包覆线采用短纤纱和硬质长丝,通过包覆工艺加工而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的短纤包覆手套,其特征在于:所述短纤长度控制在38-70mm,粗细为1.2-2.0 D,采用高强高模量聚乙烯纤维、或超细高强涤纶、或两种纤维混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的短纤包覆手套,其特征在于:所述硬质长丝包括金属丝或玻璃纤维。
4.一种根据权利要求3所述的短纤包覆手套的制造工艺,其特征在于:
S1、短纤预处理;
S2、清花;
S3、梳棉;
S4、并条;
S5、粗纱;
S6、细纱;
S7、自络筒;
S8、并线;
S9、第一次倍捻;
S10、第二次倍捻;
S11、仅采用主纱编织。
