金属短纤包芯手套及其制造工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及防护手套制造技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种金属短纤包芯手套及其制造工艺。
背景技术
高防割手套常用含有玻纤或者金属纤维的纱线作为原材料纱线,使用方法主要为全部使用防切割纱线作为原材料,或者将硬质纱线作为手套的面纱,并辅以蓬松的附纱作为手套的底纱结构以增加舒适感。
但是,首先玻璃纤维材质的切割纱线,难以避免偶尔的玻纤断裂带来的对皮肤的刺激。含钢丝纱线的手套,如果纯织,钢丝将无法避免的有外露,将严重影响手感。如果将钢丝纱线作为面纱,辅以底纱的织造,亦无法避免钢丝对手感的影响,钢丝纱线如若织在罗纹面,附纱在毛圈面,钢丝在毛圈面中仍然是可以很容易被感觉到,特别是底纱不够蓬松的情况下;如果钢丝织在毛圈面,附纱在罗纹面,罗纹面的手感会是合格的,但是毛圈面的钢丝外露将非常严重,会影响手套的外部触感和浸胶。
现有防隔手套主纱大多使用的是长丝,在使用中常会出现以下问题:长丝之间较为密封,手汗不容易流失排出,手套闷汗变成潮湿,手与手套之间的摩擦力就会降低,手套容易脱离手产生安全隐患。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种金属短纤包芯手套及其制造工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种金属短纤包芯手套,包括手套本体,所述手套本体包括手部佩戴部和收口部,所述手部佩戴部和收口部均由主纱和辅纱编织而成,所述收口部加入有橡筋线,所述收口部远离手部佩戴部的一端设有涤纶边线,所述主纱由短纤维包金属纱、涤纶低弹丝和包氨纶纱缠绕而成,所述短纤维包金属纱采用短纤纱和金属长丝,通过包芯工艺加工而成。
通过采用上述技术方案,由于本方案中带有金属短纤包芯,切割等级可以达到ASTM F2992/F2992M-15标准4级。因为采用短纤,短纤蓬松,可以提供良好的透气性。同时短纤之间存在间隙,可以将手汗导到外部,进行放热,保证手部的干爽,从而达到吸汗的效果,给工人提供优越的防护效果和可佩带性。
进一步的,所述短纤长度控制在38-70mm,粗细为1.2-2.0D,采用高强高模量聚乙烯纤维、或超细高强涤纶纤维、或两种纤维混合物。
通过采用上述技术方案,选用上述材料提供柔软的手感体验度,另一方面为吸湿排汗做准备。
进一步的,所述短纤长度控制在51mm,粗细为1.5D。
通过采用上述技术方案,使用短纤,原因在于增加纱线的柔软性。将短纤长度选择在51mm,如果纤维过短,则毛羽较重,编织的手套表面过于毛面,将容易搓出毛球,会降低手套的耐用性,也容易形成陈旧感。如果选择过长,编织成的手套表面会变得非常光滑,但是整体的吸湿排汗的效果则会降低。另外选择粗细为1.5 D。
一种金属短纤包芯手套的制造工艺,其加工步骤如下:
S1、短纤预处理;
S2、清花;
S3、梳棉;
S4、并条;
S5、粗纱;
S6、细纱;
S7、自络筒;
S8、并线;
S9、倍捻;
S10、成品;
S11、将成品纱和辅纱编织成手套。
通过采用上述技术方案,对短纤进行预处理等11个步骤,实现对手套的完整编织,提供了一种在满足防切割力等级基础上,还具有良好吸湿排汗效果、透气性好、柔软度好、与胶体结合力好的手套。
进一步的,所述S1短纤预处理方法为:短纤维筛选,长度剪裁在51mm,粗细为1.5D;预处理:将获得的短纤进行浸入不含有机硅的助剂油浸1~2小时。
通过采用上述技术方案,本方案并不采用有机硅助剂,避免了有机硅与纤维产生荷叶效应,影响表面的透气性,进一步减弱吸湿效果。
进一步的,所述助剂包括柠檬酸钛40%~50%,苯基磷酸二甲酯35%~45%,醋酸锰5%~15%。
进一步的,所述S7自络筒步骤为采用高压空气来实现各个短纱线节点之间的连接。
进一步的,所述S9倍捻步骤为:将金属短丝包芯纱、涤纶低弹丝、包氨纶纱进行缠绕倍捻成一根主纱。
进一步的,所述包氨纶纱为纶涤包氨纶或尼龙包氨纶。
进一步的,所述包氨纶选择粗细为10D~100D,牵伸倍数为260%~320%。
通过采用上述技术方案,包氨纶纱的粗细和牵伸倍数将会影响纱线的弹性程度和收缩情况,弹性程度也会影响手套的厚度和手感。如果氨纶牵伸倍数过大,回缩力道过大,将容易将金属丝顶出,也会影响手套的厚度,也会影响对于手部的压迫感。另外在生产过程中,并线的张力也需要考量。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明手套的切割等级在1500~2200gf;
2.本发明通过对短纤材料的选择,为手套整体吸湿排汗的功能做了铺垫;
3.本发明对包氨纶纱进行选择,能够起到增加手套弹性和使用舒适感的效果;
4.本发明具有吸湿排汗好,相对于市面上的手套透气性提升了30%,柔软度提升。

具体实施方式
实施例:一种金属短纤包芯手套,包括手套本体,手套本体包括手部佩戴部和收口部,手部佩戴部和收口部均由主纱和辅纱编织而成,收口部加入有橡筋线,收口部远离手部佩戴部的一端设有涤纶边线。
主纱由短纤维包金属纱、涤纶低弹丝和包氨纶纱缠绕而成,短纤维包金属纱采用短纤纱和金属长丝,通过包芯工艺加工而成。短纤长度控制在38-70mm,粗细1.2-2.0D,采用高强高模量聚乙烯纤维、或超细高强涤纶纤维、或两种纤维混合物。短纤长度控制在51mm,粗细为1.5D。短纤维内部包裹的为金属丝,金属丝作为内芯,提升了制成后成品手套的耐磨耐切割性能,防护等级高。
辅纱可以选用涤纶高弹丝、尼龙、尼龙包氨纶、涤纶包氨纶、尼龙高弹丝以及多组分高弹丝等。
一种金属短纤包芯手套的制造工艺,如图1所示,其加工步骤如下:
S1、短纤预处理:先进行短纤维筛选,长度剪裁在51mm,粗细为1.5 D;然后进行短纤预处理:将获得的短纤进行浸入不含有机硅的助剂油浸1~2小时。助剂可以选用柠檬酸钛40%~50%,苯基磷酸二甲酯35%~45%,醋酸锰5%~15%的混合处理助剂。
S2、清花:将紧压的原棉开松成约0.1mg的棉束;清除混在原棉中的杂质和棉结,使除杂效率达到80%;将各种品级的原棉进行均匀混和;制成均匀的棉卷或棉丛供梳棉工序使用。
S3、梳棉:开松棉束制成单纤维,清除杂质和短绒,梳棉条中的含杂率控制在0.02%~0.15%;纤维混和;成条。
S4、并条:将6-8根条子并合,使条子粗细段随机叠合,从而改善熟条的均匀度。用牵伸的方法控制成纱的重量偏差,同时改善条子结构,提高纤维的伸直度和分离度。利用反复并合和牵伸实现单纤维间的混合,常采用条子混合,以保证条子混棉成分正确,均匀,避免纱线或织物染色后产生色差。经并合,牵伸,混合后的纤维层,再经集束,压缩制成熟条,并有规律的放在条筒内,便于搬运和后道工序加工。
S5、粗纱:须条进入粗纱工序后,施加5-12倍牵伸,熟条将受到牵伸,并进一步改善纤维的伸直平行度与分离度。粗纱工序中,将牵伸后的须条被加上适当的捻度,这样有利于增强须条内纤维彼此间的联系力,使粗纱具有一定强力,以承受粗纱卷绕和在粗纱上退绕时的张力,防止意外牵伸或拉断。将加捻后的粗纱卷绕在筒管上,制成一定形状和大小的卷装,便于搬运,适应细纱机的喂入。
S6、细纱:将喂入的粗纱均匀地抽长拉细,同时包入金属长丝。给牵伸后须条加上适当的捻度,使细纱具有一定强力,弹性,光泽和手感等物理力学性能。将加捻后的细纱卷绕在筒管上,制成卷装,便于搬运,适应后序加工。
S7、自络筒:采用高压空气来实现各个短纱线节点之间的连接,这样减小了纺织车间的飞絮,提升工作环境的质量,满足工作人员的健康需求。
S8、并线:为了保证合股加捻后的股线品质优良,在捻线前需经过并线工序,并线要求各单纱的张纱一致,以免出现捻幅不匀或小辫子纱。
S9、倍捻:将金属短纤包芯纱、涤纶低弹丝、包氨纶纱进行缠绕倍捻为一根主纱。包氨纶纱可以为涤纶包氨纶或尼龙包氨纶。其中对包氨纶纱进行筛选,选择粗细为10D~100D,牵伸倍数为260%~320%。
S10、成品:最后形成成品纱。
S11、编织:将一根或几根成品纱作为主纱,选择辅纱,例如涤包氨纶,按照编织密度、螺口松紧度、单位体积密度等要求进行手套编织。

2.根据权利要求1所述的金属短纤包芯手套,其特征在于:所述短纤长度控制在38-70mm,粗细为1.2-2.0 D,采用高强高模量聚乙烯纤维、或超细高强涤纶纤维、或两种纤维混合物。
