Claims (8)
- ハウジング(1)と、前記ハウジング(1)内に設けられた導体レール(3)と、前記ハウジング(1)内に設けられたバネクリップ(4)とを有する接続端子であって、
導体導入開口部(8)が前記ハウジング(1)に形成されており、締め付け固定すべき導体(9)が前記導体導入開口部を介して導入可能である、前記接続端子において、
前記接続端子は、前記締め付け固定すべき導体(9)のための導体ガイド(10)を有しており、
前記導体ガイドは、前記導体導入開口部(8)のウェブ状の延長部の形態に形成されており、
前記延長部は、前記締め付け固定すべき導体(9)の導入方向(11)において前記導体導入開口部(8)を起点として延在しており、
前記導体ガイド(10)は、前記ハウジング(1)と一体的に形成されており、
前記導体ガイド(10)が、前記ハウジング(1)の内壁5に対して離間して形成されており、これにより、自由空間すなわち間隙(22)が、前記導体ガイド(10)の、前記ハウジング(1)の前記内壁(5)の方に向いている長手方向側面(14)と、前記ハウジング(1)の前記内壁(5)との間に形成されているとともに、導体導入方向11において、自由空間すなわち間隙(23)が、前記導体ガイド(10)の自由端部(16)の横方向側面(15)と底面として形成された前記ハウジング(1)の前記内壁(5)との間に形成されており、前記導体レール(3)が、前記導体ガイド(10)と前記ハウジング(1)の前記内壁(5)との間の前記間隙(22)および前記間隙(23)を介して、前記ハウジング(1)に挿入されていることを特徴とする、接続端子。 - 前記導体ガイド(10)は、前記導体ガイドが前記バネクリップ(4)の締め付け脚部(6)と前記導体レール(3)との間に形成される締め付け固定領域を側方において画定し、前記バネクリップ(4)の前記締め付け脚部(6)が前記導体ガイド(10)によって、離脱しないように前記ハウジング(1)内に保持されているように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続端子。
- 前記導体レール(3)が固定機構(17)を介して前記導体ガイド(10)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の接続端子。
- 前記導体レール(3)は略L字状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の接続端子。
- 前記導体ガイド(10)にバネ制限要素(18)が成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の接続端子。
- 前記導体ガイド(10)が前記ハウジング(1)との結合箇所を少なくとも2つ有していることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の接続端子。
- 前記導体レール(3)が、前記導体ガイド(10)と前記ハウジング(1)の内壁(5)との間に形成された自由空間に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の接続端子。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に応じて形成された接続端子を製造するための方法であって、以下のステップ、すなわち、
ハウジング(1)に対して、前記ハウジング(1)内に形成される導体導入開口部(8)と、前記ハウジング(1)と一体的に形成されるとともに、前記導体導入開口部(8)を起点として前記締め付け固定すべき導体(9)の導入方向(11)に延在する、前記導体導入開口部(8)のウェブ状の延長部の形での導体ガイド(10)とを射出成形するステップと、導体レール(3)を前記ハウジング(1)に挿入するステップと、
バネクリップ(4)を前記ハウジング(1)に挿入するステップと、
を有する方法。
