Description
(1)ガス発熱量の低下
炉内偏流により、全体としては空気過多となりやすく、燃料が燃焼傾向となり、燃焼ガスとチャーの接触率も悪くなる。また、燃料のブリッジにより原料の供給が断続的となり、発熱量が低下する。
(2)タールの発生
炉内偏流となるため、全体として空気過多となる一方で、炉内に空気が不足する領域が発生する。空気が不足する領域では低温となるため、タールが発生する。

Claims (4)
- 固体原料を供給する内筒を外筒の上部に有するガス化炉において、
前記内筒内に挿入され、ガス化炉の上下方向を長手方向とする攪拌部材と、
前記攪拌部材を、前記内筒内に堆積する固体原料から離間させる待機位置と前記待機位置よりも下方のガス化炉内部の固体原料内に位置させる所定位置との間で昇降させる駆動部とを備え、
前記駆動部は、前記攪拌部材を下降させるブリッジ解消動作時に、前記攪拌部材を攪拌部材軸回りに回転させる回転駆動部を備えたことを特徴とするガス化炉のブリッジ解消装置。 - 請求項1に記載のガス化炉のブリッジ解消装置において、
前記攪拌部材が下降する所定位置が、前記内筒内の固体原料のブリッジを解消するブリッジ解消位置と、前記外筒内の固体原料のブリッジを解消するブリッジ解消位置の少なくとも2箇所以上であることを特徴とするガス化炉のブリッジ解消装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のガス化炉のブリッジ解消装置において、
前記攪拌部材の待機位置と待機位置よりも下方の所定位置とを検出する検出手段を、前記内筒よりも上方位置に設けたことを特徴とするガス化炉のブリッジ解消装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3の何れか1つに記載のガス化炉のブリッジ解消装置において、
前記攪拌部材は、部材軸に沿って上下側が尖った板部材を備えることを特徴とするガス化炉のブリッジ解消装置。
