Description
(1)ガス発熱量の低下
炉内偏流により、全体としては空気過多となりやすく、燃料が燃焼傾向となり、燃焼ガスとチャーの接触率も悪くなる。また、燃料のブリッジにより原料の供給が断続的となり、発熱量が低下する。
(2)タールの発生
炉内偏流となるため、全体として空気過多となる一方で、炉内に空気が不足する領域が発生する。空気が不足する領域では低温となるため、タールが発生する。
前記ガス化炉のブリッジ解消制御装置において、前記外筒底部に第2攪拌部材を設け、前記底部よりも上方で前記内筒より下方に前記外筒のスロート部を設け、前記第2攪拌部材の作動に伴って前記スロート部の圧力が上昇しない、前記スロート部の圧力が所定値以下、前記スロート部の下方側の圧力と前記スロート部圧力との相関が所定の関係である、または、前記スロート部温度が所定値以上の少なくとも一つの条件を前記制御装置が判定したときに、前記攪拌部材が前記スロート部を貫通する位置まで前記攪拌部材を下降させることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 固体原料を供給する内筒を外筒の上部に有するガス化炉において、
前記内筒内に挿入され、ガス化炉の上下方向を長手方向とする攪拌部材と、
前記攪拌部材を、前記内筒内に堆積する固体原料から離間させる待機位置と前記待機位置よりも下方のガス化炉内部の固体原料内に位置させる所定位置との間で昇降させる昇降駆動部と、
前記攪拌部材を下降させるブリッジ解消動作時に、前記攪拌部材を攪拌部材軸回りに回転させる回転駆動部と、
前記ガス化炉内の前記固体原料のブリッジを検出するための検出手段と、
前記検出手段の信号に基づいて前記昇降駆動部および回転駆動部を制御する制御装置とを備えたことを特徴とするガス化炉のブリッジ解消制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のガス化炉のブリッジ解消制御装置において、
前記外筒底部に第2攪拌部材を設け、前記底部よりも上方で前記内筒より下方に前記外筒のスロート部を設け、
前記第2攪拌部材の作動に伴って前記スロート部の圧力が上昇しない、前記スロート部の圧力が所定値以下、前記スロート部の下方側の圧力と前記スロート部圧力との相関が所定の関係である、または、前記スロート部温度が所定値以上の少なくとも一つの条件を前記制御装置が判定したときに、前記攪拌部材が前記スロート部を貫通する位置まで前記攪拌部材を下降させることを特徴とするガス化炉のブリッジ解消制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載のガス化炉のブリッジ解消制御装置において、前記攪拌部材の待機位置復帰から所定時間経過するまでは前記攪拌部材の下降を待機させることを特徴とするガス化炉のブリッジ解消制御装置。
- 請求項1に記載のガス化炉のブリッジ解消制御装置において、前記内筒下端より高い第1所定位置を第1所定高さとし、前記第1所定高さより高い所定位置を第2所定高さとして前記固体原料が第2所定高さ以上、前記固体原料が前記第1所定高さ以上であって前記内筒と前記外筒との間の空間の圧力が大気圧以上、前記内筒と前記外筒との間の空間の温度が所定値以上、前記内筒と前記外筒との間の空間において離間した2箇所の位置の温度差の絶対値が所定値以上、または、前記攪拌部材の待機位置復帰から所定時間経過の少なくとも一つの条件を前記制御装置が判定したときに、前記攪拌部材の下端が、前記内筒の下端に達する位置まで、前記攪拌部材を下降させることを特徴とするガス化炉のブリッジ解消制御装置。
- 請求項4に記載のガス化炉のブリッジ解消制御装置において、前記攪拌部材の待機位置復帰からの所定時間よりも短い第2所定時間が経過するまでは前記攪拌部材の下降を待機させることを特徴とするガス化炉のブリッジ解消制御装置。
