Claims (5)
- 燃料をガス化するガス化炉と、前記ガス化炉に燃料を供給する燃料供給装置とを備え、前記ガス化炉は、該ガス化炉内に燃料および空気を導入する内筒を備えたガス化装置において、
前記内筒内部の下端開口から予め定められた高さ位置までを炉内レベル目標値と設定し、
炉内レベル上限設定値を予め設定し、
前記内筒内部に堆積する燃料の堆積高さを炉内レベルとして検出するための燃料検出手段と、
前記炉内レベルが前記炉内レベル上限設定値以上であると判断した場合に、前記燃料供 給装置を停止させるように前記燃料供給装置を制御する一方、前記炉内レベルが前記炉内 レベル上限設定値より小さいと判断した場合に、前記炉内レベル目標値と前記炉内レベルとの偏差を求め、前記偏差に比例して前記燃料の投入量を増加或いは減少させて前記炉内レベルが前記炉内目標値となるように前記燃料供給装置を制御する制御装置とを備えたことを特徴とするガス化装置。 - 前記請求項1に記載のガス化装置において、前記燃料検出手段が、燃料に接触するように、前記内筒内部に上方から挿入され、前記炉内レベルを計測するレベルセンサからなることを特徴とするガス化装置。
- 前記請求項1に記載のガス化装置において、前記燃料検出手段が、前記ガス化炉内空間部分の圧力を計測する圧力センサからなることを特徴とするガス化装置。
- 前記請求項1に記載のガス化装置において、前記燃料検出手段が、前記ガス化炉空間部分の温度を計測する温度センサからなることを特徴とするガス化装置。
- 前記請求項1から請求項4までの何れか一つに記載のガス化装置において、前記ガス化炉における前記内筒の下端よりも下方位置に、開口面積が小さく設定されたくびれ部が設けられたことを特徴とするガス化装置。
