Claims (9)
- 弁室の内部に弁口(121)が設けられている弁座(1)と、前記弁口(121)を開閉する弁棒(2)とを含む流量調整弁において、
前記弁棒(2)は管状を呈しており、前記弁座(1)は前記弁口(121)の周方向の位置に段状密閉面(123)が設けられており、前記弁棒(2)の下端面は前記段状密閉面(123)に接触して密閉しまたは前記段状密閉面(123)から離脱し、
前記弁口(121)は軸方向に沿って上に向けて突出するスリーブ延出部(122)を含み、前記段状密閉面(123)は前記スリーブ延出部(122)の内部に設けられており、前記弁棒(2)の下端部は前記スリーブ延出部(122)の内部に延在しまたは前記スリーブ延出部(122)から伸び出すことを特徴とする流量調整弁。 - 前記弁棒(2)の円周側壁と前記弁棒(2)の下端面との間にはさらに面取り面が設けられており、前記段状密閉面(123)は前記面取り面と取り合わせる傾斜面であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流量調整弁。
- 前記スリーブ延出部(122)の円周側壁には流量を調整するための開口溝(3)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流量調整弁。
- 前記弁棒(2)のその軸線に垂直する任意の横断面の外径はいずれも同一であり、前記弁座(1)には案内部(111)が設けられており、前記弁棒(2)は前記案内部(111)を貫通して前記弁座(1)の弁室に延在していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の流量調整弁。
- 前記弁座(1)は前記案内部(111)の上に環形溝(112)が設けられており、前記環形溝(112)の内部に前記弁棒(2)の外部をカバーして装着されるシール部材(113)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の流量調整弁。
- 前記弁座(1)は部材間独立構造であって、上弁座(11)と下弁座(12)とを含み、前記弁口(121)と前記スリーブ延出部(122)はいずれも前記下弁座(12)に設けられていると共に、前記スリーブ延出部(122)は前記上弁座(11)の弁室に延在することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の流量調整弁。
- 前記弁棒(2)は一体化部材であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の流量調整弁。
- 前記弁棒(2)の管状のキャビティは、前記弁棒(2)の上端と下端が受ける力のバランスを取れるためのバランス流路が形成されるように、軸方向に沿って前記弁棒(2)を貫通していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の流量調整弁。
- 前記管状のキャビティの内部には、さらにフィルター(21)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の流量調整弁。
