Abstract
Description
[006] 弁座組立体は、一端が開口して設置される弁室を有する弁座、弁座の他端に取り付けられる、及び弁座に取り付けられるガイドスリーブを含み、
[007] 弁座コアには、ガイドスリーブに近接する一端が周方向に外向きに傾斜して設置される流量調節面を有する導通部が貫通して開設されており、
[008] 弁コア組立体は、ガイドスリーブ内に摺動可能に取り付けられ、弁座コアに係合される一端がシール面を有し、弁座コアに近接/離間して運動するように駆動されて、流量調節面とシール面との隙間を調節し、冷媒の流量を制御する弁ヘッドを含む。
Claims (12)
- 弁座組立体(10)と、前記弁座組立体(10)内に取り付けられる弁コア組立体(20)と、を含む電子膨張弁において、
前記弁座組立体(10)は、一端が開口して設置される弁室(11a)を有する弁座(11)、前記弁座(11)の他端に取り付けられる弁座コア(12)、及び弁座(11)に取り付けられる前記ガイドスリーブ(13)を含み、
前記弁コア(12)には、前記ガイドスリーブ(13)に近接する一端が周方向に外向きに傾斜して設置される流量調節面(121a)を有する導通部(121)が貫通して開設されており、
前記弁コア組立体(20)は、前記ガイドスリーブ(13)内に摺動可能に取り付けられ、前記弁座コア(12)に係合される一端がシール面(21a)を有し、前記弁座コア(12)に近接/離間して運動するように駆動されて、前記流量調節面(121a)と前記シール面(21a)との隙間を調節し、冷媒の流量を制御する弁ヘッド(21)を含む、電子膨張弁。 - 前記導通部(121)の前記ガイドスリーブ(13)に近接する一端は、開口の口径が前記弁座コア(12)の前記ガイドスリーブ(13)に向かう方向に沿って徐々に増大し、内壁が外向きに傾斜して設置される前記流量調節面(121a)を形成するガイドポート(123)を有する、請求項1に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記ガイドポート(123)の開口角度をα、前記導通部(121)の孔径をAとし、前記Aは前記αの増大に伴って増大する、請求項1に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記弁座コア(12)の前記ガイドスリーブ(13)に近接する一端には、径方向に沿って当接部(122)が形成されており、前記弁座(11)には、前記弁室(11a)に連通される取付孔(111)が開設されており、前記弁座コア(12)の一端が前記取付孔(111)内に穿設されることにより、前記当接部(122)が前記弁座(11)に当接される、請求項1に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記弁コア組立体(20)は、一端が、前記弁ヘッド(21)に開設された接続孔(211)内に取り付けられるスクリューロッド(23)、及び前記スクリューロッド(23)に嵌め合わされ、一端がスクリューロッド(23)に当接され、他端が前記接続孔(211)内に収容されるスプリング(25)を更に含む、請求項1に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記接続孔(211)の内壁には内向きに突出したフランジ(27)を有し、前記スクリューロッド(23)にはワッシャ(24)が設けられ、スプリング(25)の一端がワッシャ(24)に当接され、他端がフランジ(27)に当接される、請求項5に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記弁コア組立体(20)は、前記接続孔(211)内に収容され、且つ前記フランジ(27)に係合されてストッパを形成することができ、前記スクリューロッド(23)の一端が、前記フランジ(27)に穿設されて接続されるストッパスリーブ(26)を更に含む、請求項6に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記ワッシャ(24)及び前記スプリング(25)は前記フランジ(27)の一側に位置し、前記ストッパスリーブ(26)は前記フランジ(27)の他側に位置し、前記ストッパスリーブ(26)の外径は前記フランジ(27)の内径よりも大きい、請求項7に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記弁コア組立体(20)は、前記弁ヘッド(21)の外壁と前記ガイドスリーブ(13)の内壁との隙間をシールするために、前記弁ヘッド(21)の外壁に嵌め合わされるシールリング(22)を更に含む、請求項5に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記弁座(11)の前記弁座コア(12)から離れた一端に取り付けられ、前記スクリューロッド(23)の前記弁座コア(12)から離れた一端が穿設され、ねじ接続される前記ナット組立体(30)及び前記ナット組立体(30)が接続されるロータ(40)を更に含む、請求項5に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記ナット組立体(30)は、ナット座(31)、及び環状をなし、内周縁が前記ナット座(31)に接続され、外周縁が前記ガイドスリーブ(13)の一端に接続される固定片(32)を含む、請求項10に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 一端が前記ガイドスリーブ(13)に取り付けられ、且つ前記ナット組立体(30)及び前記ロータ(40)が中に収容されるスリーブ(50)を更に含む、請求項10に記載の電子膨張弁。
