Claims (14)
- 弁座(1)及び弁ロッド(2)を備え、前記弁座(1)はその弁室の内部に弁口(121)が設けられており、前記弁ロッド(2)によって前記弁口(121)を開閉する流量調整弁であって、
前記弁口(121)には、軸方向に沿って上に向けて突出するスリーブ伸び出し部(122)が設けられており、前記弁ロッド(2)は管状であり、前記スリーブ伸び出し部(122)及び前記弁ロッド(2)の下端部のうちの一方の円周側壁には流量曲線に対応する開口溝(3)が設けられており、且つ前記スリーブ伸び出し部(122)及び前記弁ロッド(2)の下端部のうちの一方は他方の内部に伸び込みあるいは他方から伸び出すことにより、前記開口溝(3)と前記弁口(121)とを連通させてあるいはそれらの連通を遮断させることを特徴とする流量調整弁。 - 前記スリーブ伸び出し部(122)の円周側壁には前記開口溝(3)が設けられており、前記スリーブ伸び出し部(122)には位置が前記開口溝(3)の最下端よりも低い第1の密閉段面(123)が設けられており、前記弁ロッド(2)の下端面は、前記第1の密閉段面(123)に接触して密閉しあるいは前記第1の密閉段面(123)から離脱することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流量調整弁。
- 前記第1の密閉段面(123)は前記スリーブ伸び出し部(122)の内部に設けられており、前記弁ロッド(2)の下端部は前記スリーブ伸び出し部(122)の内部に伸び込みあるいは前記スリーブ伸び出し部(122)から伸び出すことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流量調整弁。
- 前記弁ロッド(2)の下端部の円周側壁には前記開口溝(3)が設けられており、前記弁ロッド(2)の下端部には位置が前記開口溝(3)の最上端よりも高い第2の密閉段面(21)が設けられており、前記スリーブ伸び出し部(122)の上端面は前記第2の密閉段面(21)に接触して密閉しあるいは前記第2の密閉段面(21)から離脱することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流量調整弁。
- 前記第2の密閉段面(21)は前記弁ロッド(2)の下端部の内部に設けられており、前記スリーブ伸び出し部(122)は前記弁ロッド(2)の下端部の内部に伸び込みあるいは前記弁ロッド(2)の下端部から伸び出すことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の流量調整弁。
- 前記弁ロッド(2)の内部にはナットを取付けるための射出成形体(22)が射出成形されており、当該射出成形体(22)の下端面は前記開口溝(3)の最上端より高く、当該射出成形体(22)の下端面は前記第2の密閉段面(21)に形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の流量調整弁。
- 前記弁ロッド(2)の下端部には外径が増大する円周拡大部(23)が一体的に形成されており、前記第2の密閉段面(21)は前記円周拡大部(23)の内部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の流量調整弁。
- 前記第2の密閉段面(21)は前記弁ロッド(2)の下端部の外部に設けられており、前記弁ロッド(2)の下端部は前記スリーブ伸び出し部(122)の内部に伸び込みあるいは前記スリーブ伸び出し部(122)から伸びだすことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の流量調整弁。
- 前記開口溝(3)はV型溝であり、前記V型溝の大口端は前記弁ロッド(2)の下端部または前記スリーブ伸び出し部(122)に向かうことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の流量調整弁。
- 前記開口溝(3)はY型溝であり、前記Y型溝の大口端は前記弁ロッド(2)の下端部または前記スリーブ伸び出し部(122)に向かうことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の流量調整弁。
- 前記弁座(1)は部材間独立構造であって、上弁座(11)と下弁座(12)とを備え、前記弁口(121)とスリーブ伸び出し部(122)はいずれも前記下弁座(12)に設けられていると共に、前記スリーブ伸び出し部(122)は前記上弁座(1)の弁室に伸び込むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の流量調整弁。
- 前記流量調整弁は第1の接続管(41)と第2の接続管(42)とを備え、前記第1の接続管(41)は前記上弁座(11)に接続されていて、前記第2の接続管(42)は前記下弁座(12)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の流量調整弁。
- 前記下弁座(12)は基台(124)を備え、前記スリーブ伸び出し部(122)は前記基台(124)の上端に設けられており、前記基台(124)の周方向側壁には継ぎ目(43)が設けられており、前記第2の接続管(42)は前記継ぎ目(43)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の流量調整弁。
- 前記下弁座(12)は基台(124)を備え、前記スリーブ伸び出し部(122)は前記基台(124)の上端に設けられており、前記基台(124)は、スリーブ状であり、その下端に継ぎ目(43)が設けられており、前記第2の接続管(42)は前記継ぎ目(43)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の流量調整弁。
