Claims (9)
- プラグインコネクタ(100)であって、当該プラグインコネクタ(100)の基部要素(110)内に配置された少なくとも1つのコンタクト要素(200)を具備し、該コンタクト要素(200)において、少なくとも1つのロック凹部(205、206)がプラグイン方向(R)に対して横方向に延在して構成された波状接続部が設けられ、ロック要素(300)のロックスタッド(305、306)が前記波状接続部と係合され、前記ロック要素(300)がロックされた位置となるプラグインコネクタ(100)において、
固定要素(215)が圧着領域の端部に構成され、当該プラグインコネクタ(100)の前記基部要素(110)で係合凹部(115)と係合し、
前記少なくとも1つのロック凹部(205、206)が円錐形状に形成され、前記ロックスタッド(305)が、前記ロック凹部(205)と比較してより大きいため、前記ロックスタッド(305)が前記ロック凹部(205)と係合するとき、前記ロックスタッド(305)の前記ロック凹部(205)への固定が、当該プラグインコネクタ(100)の前記基部要素内にある前記コンタクト要素の、前記プラグイン方向(R)に対して平行な移動を同時に生じさせ、
前記固定要素(215)が、前記コンタクト要素(200)の前記プラグイン方向(R)に対して平行な移動によって、当該プラグインコネクタ(100)の前記基部要素(110)の前記係合凹部(115)の表面(116)におけるその支承部に付勢力を生じさせることを特徴とするプラグインコネクタ(100)。 - 前記固定要素(215)が、前記プラグイン方向(R)に対して略垂直に延在する偏向部(216)に構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラグインコネクタ(100)。
- 前記偏向部(216)が前記プラグイン方向(R)に対して90°の角度をなすことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプラグインコネクタ(100)。
- 前記固定要素(215)が略T形であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1つに記載のプラグインコネクタ(100)。
- 戻り止めばね(220)が、当該プラグインコネクタの前記基部要素(110)内に設けられた主要ロック凹部(127)における圧縮のために前記コンタクト要素(200)において構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1つに記載のプラグインコネクタ(100)。
- 前記ロック凹部(205、206)の数が、所定の引張力によって決定されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1つに記載のプラグインコネクタ(100)。
- ロック要素凹部(119)が当該プラグインコネクタ(100)の前記基部要素(110)に設けられ、前記ロック要素(300)をロックされた位置で保持することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1つに記載のプラグインコネクタ(100)。
- 前記ロック要素(300)が、前記ロック要素(300)が前記ロックされた位置から外された場合に当該プラグインコネクタ(100)が接続されるのを防ぐコード状表面(332)を前方端において有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラグインコネクタ(100)。
- 少なくとも1つのコード状のリブ(330)が、前記プラグイン方向(R)に延在して前記ロック要素(300)の前部領域に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラグインコネクタ(100)。
