Description
Claims (7)
- 内燃機関用の排ガス再循環弁であって、
排ガス流入部(4)と排ガス流出部(6)とを備えたハウジング(2)と、
弁閉鎖体(10)と、
弁ロッド(12)と、が設けられていて、
該弁ロッド(12)に前記弁閉鎖体(10)が固定されており、
該弁ロッド(12)はアクチュエータを介して運動可能であり、
前記排ガス流入部(4)と前記排ガス流出部(6)との間に弁座(8)が設けられていて、該弁座(8)へ前記弁閉鎖体(10)が前記弁ロッド(12)の運動によって降下可能であり、かつ該弁座(8)から前記弁閉鎖体(10)が逆向きの運動によって持上げ可能であり、
ガイドブシュ(14)が設けられていて、該ガイドブシュ(14)を介して、前記弁ロッド(12)が前記ハウジング(2)内に案内されており、
さらにシールリング(18)が設けられていて、該シールリング(18)は前記ガイドブシュ(14)の、前記弁閉鎖体(10)とは反対の側の端部に配置されている、内燃機関用の排ガス再循環弁において、
前記ガイドブシュ(14)の、前記シールリング(18)寄りの第1の区分(30)で、前記弁ロッド(12)と前記ガイドブシュ(14)との間に、環状のギャップ(32)が形成されており、前記ギャップ(32)が形成されている前記第1の区分に、減じられた直径のガイド区分(34)が隣接しており、該ガイド区分(34)内に前記弁ロッド(12)がスライド式に支承されており、
前記ギャップ(32)の高さが、前記弁閉鎖体(10)の最大行程高さよりも大きいか、または該最大行程高さに等しいことを特徴とする、内燃機関用の排ガス再循環弁。 - 前記ガイド区分(34)の、前記弁閉鎖体(10)寄りの端部に、シャープなエッジ(52)が形成されている、請求項1記載の内燃機関用の排ガス再循環弁。
- 前記ガイド区分(34)に、前記弁閉鎖体(10)に向かう方向で第3の区分(36)が隣接しており、該第3の区分(36)で前記ガイドブシュ(14)と前記弁ロッド(12)との間に、第2のギャップ(40)が形成されており、
前記ガイドブシュ(14)の、前記弁閉鎖体(10)寄りの端部がくびれ部(38)を有し、該くびれ部(38)と前記弁ロッド(12)との間の環状の第3のギャップは、半径方向において、前記第2のギャップ(40)よりも小さく形成されている、請求項2記載の内燃機関用の排ガス再循環弁。 - 前記ガイド区分(34)の軸方向の端部が、2つのガイド範囲(42,44)を有し、両ガイド範囲(42,44)の間に別のギャップ(45)が形成されている、請求項2または3記載の内燃機関用の排ガス再循環弁。
- 前記両ガイド範囲(42,44)の軸方向高さが、前記弁閉鎖体(10)の最大行程高さよりも小さいか、または該最大行程高さに等しい、請求項4記載の内燃機関用の排ガス再循環弁。
- 前記両ガイド範囲(42,44)の両軸方向端部のうちの少なくとも一方の軸方向端部が、シャープなエッジ(46,48,50,52)を有する、請求項4または5記載の内燃機関用の排ガス再循環弁。
- 前記弁ロッド(12)に環状の凹部(54)が形成されており、該凹部(54)は、当該排ガス再循環弁の閉弁された状態で直接に前記ガイド区分(34)に隣接しているか、または前記ガイド区分(34)との短い重なりを有する、請求項2から6までのいずれか1項記載の内燃機関用の排ガス再循環弁。
