Claims (5)
- 電圧クランプ電子回路素子であって、
電源(110)から誘導負荷(115)への電流を選択的にスイッチングするように動作可能なスイッチング回路構成(105)と、
前記スイッチング回路構成(105)と並列に連絡する電圧クランプ回路構成(125)と、
を備え、
前記電圧クランプ回路構成(125)は、
入力(227)および出力(229)を備えた整流器回路(225)であって、前記入力(227)は前記スイッチング回路構成(105)に渡って並列に連絡する整流器回路(225)と、
前記整流器回路(225)の前記出力(229)と並列に連絡する、金属酸化膜半導体電界効果トランジスタ(MOSFET)(205)を含む電子能動スイッチング素子(130)と、
直列に接続され、前記MOSFET(205)のドレインおよびゲート間に接続され、前記整流器回路(225)の前記出力(229)と連絡する少なくとも2つのツェナー・ダイオード(305、310)と、
前記MOSFET(205)のゲートおよびソース間で前記整流器回路(225)の1つの出力(229)と連絡する少なくとも1つの抵抗器(215)と、
前記少なくとも2つのツェナー・ダイオード(305、310)とそれぞれ並列に連絡する少なくとも2つのスイッチ(315、320)と、
を備え、
前記スイッチング回路構成(105)が開接続状態にあり、前記スイッチング回路構成(105)、前記電子能動スイッチング素子(130)、および前記少なくとも2つのツェナー・ダイオード(305、310)に渡る電圧が所定の値を満たすかまたは超えた場合には、前記電流は、前記電子能動スイッチング素子(130)を通って流れて、前記スイッチング回路構成(105)に渡る電圧を電圧クランプ回路構成の電圧制限(Vclamp)内に制限する、
素子。 - 前記少なくとも1つの抵抗器(215)は、バイアス電圧を前記MOSFET(205)の前記ゲートに供給するように動作し、
前記整流器回路(225)の1つの出力(229)に連絡するとともに、前記MOSFET(205)と前記MOSFET(205)の前記ゲートおよび前記ソース間で連絡する保護ツェナー・ダイオード(220)であって、前記MOSFET(205)の前記ゲートおよび前記ソース間の電圧を制限するように動作する少なくとも1つの保護ツェナー・ダイオード(220)をさらに含む、
請求項1に記載の素子。 - Vclampは、前記少なくとも2つのツェナー・ダイオード(315、320)のツェナー電圧と前記MOSFET(205)のゲート・ソース間電圧との合計に依存する、請求項1または2に記載の素子。
- 前記整流器回路(225)の1つの出力(229)と前記MOSFET(205)の前記ソースとの間に並列に連絡する前記少なくとも1つの可変抵抗器(405)をさらに備え、
Vclampは、前記MOSFET(205)のゲート・ソース間電圧と、前記少なくとも1つの可変抵抗器(405)による電圧降下との合計に依存し、
前記少なくとも1つの可変抵抗器(405)を通る電流が閾値に達したときに、前記保護ツェナー・ダイオード(220)のツェナー電圧に達する、
請求項2または3に記載の素子。 - 前記少なくとも2つのツェナー・ダイオード(305)、(310)はそれぞれ、前記Vclampに寄与するツェナー電圧を有し、
前記少なくとも2つのスイッチ(315)、(320)をそれぞれ開くことによって、前記Vclampは、前記開いたスイッチと並列に連絡する対応するツェナー・ダイオードのツェナー電圧だけ増加する、
請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の素子。
