Claims (5)
- 電流を遮断する機器において、
故障電流が発生すると開放される第1スイッチ;
前記第1スイッチと連結され、前記第1スイッチが開放される時点から予め設定された時間の後で開放される第2スイッチ;
前記第2スイッチに直列に接続される半導体モジュール;
一端は前記第2スイッチと連結され、他端は前記半導体モジュールと連結されるキャパシター;及び
前記キャパシターの両端と連結され、前記キャパシターの両端電圧によって抵抗値を変更することで前記故障電流を遮断するアレスターを含み、
前記直列に接続された前記第2スイッチと前記半導体モジュールが前記第1スイッチに並列に接続され、前記第1スイッチは、正常電流が流れる主回路に配置され、前記半導体モジュールは、故障電流が流れる迂回回路に配置される、電流遮断器。 - 前記半導体モジュールは、
前記第1スイッチが開放されればターンオンされ、
前記第2スイッチは、
前記半導体モジュールがターンオンされれば開放される請求項1に記載の電流遮断器。 - 前記予め設定された時間は、
前記第1スイッチのストロークに比例する請求項1または請求項2に記載の電流遮断器。 - 前記故障電流が発生するか否かを判断し、前記故障電流が発生すると、前記第1スイッチまたは第2スイッチを開放する制御信号を生成する制御部をさらに含む請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電流遮断器。
- 前記第1スイッチの開放可否を感知するセンサーをさらに含み、
前記制御部は、
前記センサーから第1スイッチの完全開放信号を受信した後、前記第2スイッチを開放する制御信号を生成する請求項4に記載の電流遮断器。
