Claims (13)
- 流体媒体の熱交換及び混合処理のための装置であって、
長手方向軸線上に配設されたケースと、
前記ケース内で前記長手方向軸線を含む第1の面に平行に延びる第1の中空構造であって、前記第1の中空構造を通って第1の流体が流れ、前記第1の中空構造の周りを第2の流体が流れ、前記第1の中空構造は、前記第2の流体が間を通して流れないように互いに隣接して配設された少なくとも2つの平行な管を含み、1つの前記管が、内部を通して前記第1の流体を搬送するように他の前記管と連通している第1の中空構造と、
前記第1の中空構造と連通するように前記ケース内に配設された、前記第1の面に平行に延びる第2の中空構造であって、前記第2の中空構造を通って前記第1の流体が流れ、前記第2の中空構造の周りを前記第2の流体が流れ、前記第2の中空構造は、前記第2の流体が間を通して流れないように互いに隣接して配設された少なくとも2つの平行な管を含み、1つの前記管が、前記第1の流体を搬送するように他の前記管と連通している第2の中空構造と
を有する装置において、
前記第1の中空構造及び前記第2の中空構造が互いに交差状に配置され、
前記第1の中空構造及び前記第2の中空構造のそれぞれが、第1の幅B1及び前記第1の幅B1に垂直な第2の幅B2を有する流れ横断面を有し、B1/B2が1より大きく、B1の向きが、前記第1の面に垂直であり、また
前記第1の中空構造及び前記第2の中空構造のそれぞれが、前記長手方向軸線を含み且つ前記第1の面に垂直な第2の面に向かって所定の角度で延び、それによってその周りで前記第2の流体を屈折させる少なくとも1つのセクションと、前記第2の面から離れるように所定の角度で延び、それによってその周りで前記第2の流体を屈折させる少なくとも1つのセクションとを含む

前記ケース内で前記長手方向軸線を含む第1の面に平行に延びる第1の中空構造であって、前記第1の中空構造を通って第1の流体が流れ、前記第1の中空構造の周りを第2の流体が流れ、前記第1の中空構造は、前記第2の流体が間を通して流れないように互いに隣接して配設された少なくとも2つの平行な管を含み、1つの前記管が、内部を通して前記第1の流体を搬送するように他の前記管と連通し、前記第1の中空構造が、第1の幅B1及び前記第1の幅B1に垂直な第2の幅B2を有する流れ横断面を有し、B1/B2が1より大きく、B1の向きが、前記第1の面に垂直である第1の中空構造と、
前記第1の中空構造と連通及び交差するように前記ケース内に配設された、前記第1の面に平行に延びる第2の中空構造であって、前記第2の中空構造を通って前記第1の流体が流れ、前記第2の中空構造の周りを前記第2の流体が流れ、前記第2の中空構造は、前記第2の流体が間を通して流れないように互いに隣接して配設された少なくとも2つの平行な管を含み、1つの前記管が、内部を通して前記第1の流体を搬送するように他の前記管と連通し、前記第2の中空構造が、第1の幅B1及び前記第1の幅B1に垂直な第2の幅B2を有する流れ横断面を有し、B1/B2が1より大きく、B1の向きが、前記第1の面に垂直である第2の中空構造と、

- 前記第1の中空構造が、前記長手方向軸線に平行に延びる第1のセクションと、内部を流れる前記第1の流体を搬送及び屈折させるための、前記第1のセクションに接続された第1の湾曲接続部材と、内部を通して前記第1の流体を搬送するための、前記第1の湾曲接続部材に接続された第2のセクションであって、前記第2の面に対して第1の角度で延びる第2のセクションと、内部を流れる前記第1の流体を搬送及び屈折させるための、前記第2のセクションに接続された第2の湾曲接続部材とを有している、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の中空構造が、前記長手方向軸線に平行に延びる第1のセクションと、内部を流れる前記第1の流体を搬送及び屈折させるための、前記第1のセクションに接続された第1の湾曲接続部材と、内部を通して前記第1の流体を搬送するための、前記第1の湾曲接続部材に接続された第2のセクションであって、前記第2の面に対して第2の角度で延びる第2のセクションと、内部を流れる前記第1の流体を搬送及び屈折させるための、前記第2のセクションに接続された第2の湾曲接続部材とを有している、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の角度及び前記第2の角度が、符号及び大きさの少なくとも一方で異なる、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の角度及び前記第2の角度が、反対の符号で大きさが等しい、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの湾曲接続部材が半円形に形成されている、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの湾曲接続部材がV字形及びU字形の一方に形成されている、請求項6に記載の装置。
