Abstract

Claims (22)
- 流体媒体の熱交換及び混合処理のための装置であって、ケース(2)を含み、その中に機器(4)が配置されており、前記機器(4)は第1の中空構造(5)及び第2の中空構造(105)を有し、前記第1の中空構造(5)及び前記第2の中空構造(105)を通って第1の流体(6)が流れることができ、前記第1の中空構造及び前記第2の中空構造の周りを第2の流体(7)が流れることができ、前記第1の中空構造(5)及び前記第2の中空構造(105)は互いに交差状に配置されており、前記中空構造(5、105)は第1の幅B1及び第2の幅B2を有する流体横断面を有し、B1/B2は1より大きく、B1の向きは前記ケースの長手方向軸(3)又は前記長手方向軸に平行な線及び前記中空構造(5、105)の軸を含む面に垂直であることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記第2の流体(7)が、実質的に前記ケースの長手方向軸(3)に沿って配設された主流方向(76)に沿って前記ケース(2)の入口横断面を通って流れる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記機器(4)が4つ以上12以下の中空構造(5、105)から形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記中空構造(5、105)が、前記中空構造(5、105)の内部を流れる第1の流体(6)の強制屈折が行われる複数の連結部材(9、11、13、15、17、19から51、109、111、113、115、117、119から151)を含む、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の中空構造(5)が、前記長手方向軸(3)と平行に延びる第1のセクション(8)及び前記第1の中空構造の内部を流れる前記第1の流体(6)の強制屈折が行われる複数の連結部材(9、11、13、15、17、19から51)を含み、第2のセクションが第1の連結部材と第2の連結部材の間に配置され、第2のセクション内で第1の流体(6)の中間流方向の少なくとも一部が長手方向軸(3)に対して角度α(61)で延びている、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 第2の中空構造(105)が前記第1の中空構造(5)に隣接して配置され、前記第2の中空構造(105)が連結部材(109、111、113、115、117、119から151)によって連結されたセクション(108、110、112、114、116、118から152)を含み、前記第1の流体の前記中間流方向の少なくとも一部が前記長手方向軸(3)に対して角度β(161)でセクション内を延びる、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記角度α(61)及びβ(161)は符号及び/又は大きさが異なる、請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
- 前記角度α(61)及びβ(161)は実質的に等しいが符号が異なる、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 少なくともいくつかの連結部材が実質的に半円形に形成されている、請求項5から8までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくともいくつかの連結部材がV字形又はU字形に形成されている、請求項5から8までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の中空構造(5)が1つの第1の中空体又は複数の第1の中空体(71、72、73)を含み、前記第2の中空構造(105)が1つの第2の中空体又は複数の第2の中空体(171、172、173)を含む、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の中空体(71、72、73)及び/又は前記第2の中空体(171、172、173)がそれぞれ実質的に平行に延びる管の束として形成される、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の中空体(71、72、73)の束が互いにわずかにオフセットされている、請求項12に記載の装置。

- ケース(2)を有する装置で行われる流体媒体のための熱交換及び混合処理のための方法であって、機器(4)が内部に配置され、前記機器(4)は第1の中空構造(5)及び第2の中空構造(105)を形成し、第1の段階では第1の流体(6)は前記第1の中空構造(5)及び前記第2の中空構造(105)を通って流れ、第2の流体(7)は前記第1の中空構造及び前記第2の中空構造の周りを流れ、前記第1の中空構造(5)及び前記第2の中空構造(105)が互いに交差状に配置されており、中空構造(5、105)は第1の幅B1及び第2の幅B2を有する流体横断面を有し、B1/B2は1より大きく、B1の向きはケースの長手方向軸(3)又は前記長手方向軸に平行な線及び前記中空構造(5、105)の軸を含む面に垂直であることから、前記第2の流体(7)は前記中空構造を通って屈折し、前記中空構造の周りを流れる間に前記流体(7)が混合されるようになっていることを特徴とする方法。
- 特にポリマー又は食品など高粘度流体の熱交換及び混合処理に使用される、請求項1から21までのいずれか一項に記載の装置の使用。
