Claims (25)
- 第一グリッド及び第二グリッドと、少なくとも一つの細長いコネクタとを具備する静的ミキサにおいて:
該第一グリッドが一つ以上の交差エレメントと、該交差エレメント各々に隣接した一つ以上のスロットとを備えていて、該第二グリッドが一つ以上の交差エレメントと、該交差エレメント各々に隣接した一つ以上のスロットとを備えており、該第一グリッドの該交差エレメントが該第二グリッドの該交差エレメントと所定の交角で配列されていて;
該少なくとも一つの細長いコネクタは、該第一グリッドの該交差エレメントと該第二グリッドの該交差エレメントとの間に位置決めされ、かつ該第一グリッドの該交差エレメントと該第二グリッドの該交差エレメントとに取り付けられている;
静的ミキサ。 - 該グリッドは、一方の該グリッドの該交差エレメント各々が他方の該グリッドのスロットと交差するように配列されている、請求項1に記載の静的ミキサ。
- 該第一グリッドの該交差エレメントはお互いにほぼ平行である、請求項2に記載の静的ミキサ。
- 該第一グリッドの該交差エレメントは共通平面に位置している、請求項3に記載の静的ミキサ。
- 該第二グリッドの該交差エレメントはお互いにほぼ平行である、請求項4に記載の静的ミキサ。
- 該第二グリッドの該交差エレメントは共通平面に位置している、請求項5に記載の静的ミキサ。
- 該交差エレメントは波形板及びチューブとの一方である、請求項1に記載の静的ミキサ。
- 該静的ミキサが二つより多いグリッドを備えている、請求項1に記載の静的ミキサ。
- 該グリッド各々が交差エレメントを備えている、請求項8に記載の静的ミキサ。
- 各々の該グリッドにおける該交差エレメントがお互いに所定の交角で配列されている、請求項9に記載の静的ミキサ。
- 該コネクタが各々の該グリッドの該交差エレメントの間に位置決めされている、請求項10に記載の静的ミキサ。
- 該交差エレメントが金属製構造体、高分子製構造体、セラミック構造体及びそれらの組合せ構造体との一つからなる、請求項1に記載の静的ミキサ。
- 該コネクタが該静的ミキサの縦断面全長に沿って連続的に延在している、請求項1に記載の静的ミキサ。
- 該細長いコネクタが、該交差エレメントの交点の少なくともいくつかの交点に沿って該交差エレメントと交差するように位置決めされている、請求項1に記載の静的ミキサ。
- 該コネクタが、該交差エレメントと該コネクタとの接触線に沿って位置決めされた横断する溝を有していて、該溝は、該交差エレメントを一体に保持するためのより広い接着面及び機械式継手とを提供している、請求項1に記載の静的ミキサ。
- 該溝は、該コネクタの第一面に設置されていて、かつ該第一グリッドの該交差エレメントに対して広がっており、そして該溝は、該コネクタの第二面に設置されていて、かつ該第二グリッドの該交差エレメントに対して広がっている、請求項15に記載の静的ミキサ。
- 該交差エレメントは、溶接、ろう付け、接着及びそれらの組合せとの一つにより該コネクタに取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の静的ミキサ。
- 静的ミキサの製造方法が:
(a)少なくとも二つのグリッドを準備する段階と;
(b)第一グリッドにおいて、一つ以上の交差エレメントと、交差エレメント各々に隣接した一つ以上のスロットとを位置決めする段階と;
(c)第二グリッドにおいて、一つ以上の交差エレメントと、交差エレメント各々に隣接した一つ以上のスロットとを位置決めする段階と;
(d)該第一グリッドの該交差エレメントを所定の交角で該第二グリッドの該交差エレメントと配列する段階と;
(e)少なくとも一つのコネクタを、該第一グリッドの該交差エレメントと該第二グリッドの該交差エレメントとの間に位置決めする段階と;
(f)該コネクタを該交差エレメントに取り付ける段階と;
を含む静的ミキサの製造方法。 - 一方のグリッドの交差エレメント各々が他方のグリッドのスロットと交差するように該グリッドを配列する段階をさらに含んでいる、請求項18に記載の製造方法。
- 二つより多いグリッドを準備する段階をさらに含んでいる、請求項19に記載の製造方法。
- グリッド各々において、一つ以上に交差エレメントを位置決めする段階をさらに含んでいる、請求項20に記載の製造方法。
- グリッド各々の該交差エレメントをお互いに対して所定角度で配列する段階をさらに含んでいる、請求項21に記載の製造方法。
- 該コネクタをグリッド各々の該交差エレメントの間に位置決めする段階をさらに含んでいる、請求項22に記載の製造方法。
- ほぼリング状の流体流れの管路と、一つ以上の静的ミキサとを具備する静的ミキサアセンブリにおいて:
該管路は中心軸と、半径方向に離間し円周方向に延在する外表面及び内表面とを有していて、該内表面が該中心軸に沿って延伸する流体の流路を形成していて;
該一つ以上の静的ミキサは該流路内に設置されていて、静的ミキサ各々が、第一グリッド及び第二グリッドと、少なくとも一つの細長いコネクタとを具備しており;該第一グリッドが一つ以上の交差エレメントと、該交差エレメント各々に隣接した一つ以上のスロットとを備えていて、該第二グリッドが一つ以上の交差エレメントと、該交差エレメント各々に隣接した一つ以上のスロットとを備えており、該第一グリッドの該交差エレメントが該第二グリッドの該交差エレメントと所定の交角で配列されていて;該少なくとも一つの細長いコネクタは、該第一グリッドの該交差エレメントと該第二グリッドの該交差エレメントとの間に位置決めされ、かつ該第一グリッドの該交差エレメントと該第二グリッドの該交差エレメントとに取り付けられている;
静的ミキサアセンブリ。 - 該グリッドは、一方の該グリッドの交差エレメント各々が他方の該グリッドのスロットと交差するように配列されている、請求項24に記載の静的ミキサアセンブリ。
