Claims (3)
- 第1の主面と、該第1の主面と対向している第2の主面とを有するLiNbO3単結晶基板と、
前記LiNbO3単結晶基板の前記第1の主面の一部に設けられた第1の励振電極と、
前記第1の励振電極と前記LiNbO3単結晶基板を介して対向するように第2の主面に設けられた第2の励振電極とを備え、厚みすべりモードを利用しており、
LiNbO3単結晶基板のオイラー角が、(78°〜106°,78°〜104°,18°〜53°)の範囲にある、圧電バルク波共振子。 - 前記LiNbO3単結晶基板のオイラー角が(79°〜103°,80°〜102°,22°〜50°)の範囲にある、請求項1に記載の圧電バルク波共振子。
- 前記LiNbO3単結晶基板の平面形状が長方形である、請求項1または2に記載の圧電バルク波共振子。
