Claims (12)
- 第1および第2の非相補的な型を備える成形機であって、
前記第1の型は雌型キャビティを画成し、前記第2の型は平坦成形面を画成し、
前記第1および第2の型は、型同士が離れて前記雌型キャビティと前記平坦成形面の両方が上向きになる第1位置と、型同士が組み合わされ前記平坦成形面が前記雌型キャビティと対面しこれを閉鎖して完全に包囲されたキャビティを形成する第2位置と、の間を移動可能であり、
各型は、型を貫いて形成され各端部に開口を有する複数の穴を有し、
前記穴のうち少なくとも二つが、一方の穴の一端部の開口と他方の穴の一端部の開口とにわたり配置されるブロックによって互いに接続されており、
前記ブロックには前記開口を互いに接続する溝が形成されており、
前記溝には第1端部と第2端部が形成され、前記第1端部と前記第2端部の間で流路が狭くなり再び広くなるようにその間に狭窄部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする成形機。 - 溝が形成されたブロックによって、各穴がそれぞれ隣接する穴と接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形機。
- 隣接する穴の開口部の間で前記型に溝が形成され、ブロック内の前記溝と協働して前記穴の間にさらに大きな流路を形成することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の成形機。
- 前記第1の型が、平坦成形面を有する本体と、該平坦成形面に固定され雌型キャビティを画成する一つまたは複数のフレーム部材と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の成形機。
- 前記フレーム部材が前記平坦成形面に取り外し可能に固定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の成形機。
- 前記第1位置と前記第2位置の間を枢動するように、前記第1および第2の型がヒンジで連結され、
閉じられた位置にある前記二つの型の間に一つまたは複数の異なる厚さのフレーム部材を収容するように、前記ヒンジを調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の成形機。 - 型を作成するプロセスであって、
使用時に物品がその上に形作られる成形面を画成する少なくとも一つの表面を有する中実体を提供し、
前記中実体を貫き、各端部に開口を有し、前記成形面と交差しない少なくとも二つの穴を形成し、
一方の穴の一端部の開口と他方の穴の一端部の開口との間に接続要素を配置することによって、二つ以上の穴を接続することを含み、
前記接続要素は、前記二つの穴の間に流路を画成する溝が形成されたブロックを含み、
前記溝に第1端部と第2端部を形成し、前記第1端部と前記第2端部の間で流路が狭くなり再び広くなるようにその間に狭窄部を形成することをさらに含む
ことを特徴とするプロセス。 - 各穴が削孔によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- 前記穴が互いに平行であることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載のプロセス。
- 前記穴が互いに等間隔に配置されることを特徴とする請求項7ないし9のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 前記穴の全てが同一の径を有さないことを特徴とする請求項7ないし10のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
- 各穴の直径が10−15ミリメートルの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項7ないし11のいずれかに記載のプロセス。
