前記分離チャンバから流出する溶解水を貯蔵する溶解タンク、および
前記溶解タンクに連結し、前記溶解水を流入して水中に微細気泡を生成させるノズルユニット、
を含み、
前記分離チャンバは円柱形状であり、前記分離チャンバの中心軸は前記旋回ユニットから排出される前記溶解水の進行方向の中心軸と同じように配置され、
前記旋回ユニットは、
水と気体の混合物を流入する水/空気流入部と、溶解水を排出する溶解水排出部を備えた旋回本体、および
前記旋回本体内に備えられ、前記溶解水が生成されるように前記水/空気流入部を通じて前記旋回本体内部に流入した前記水と前記空気の混合物を旋回させて前記排出部側に誘導させる水/空気回転誘導案内部、を含み、

前記ノズル本体内に備えられ、前記溶解水に微細気泡が生成されるように、前記ノズル流入部を通じて前記ノズル本体内部に流入した前記溶解水を旋回させて前記ノズル排出部側に誘導させる溶解水回転誘導案内部、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の旋回ユニット基盤の微細気泡発生装置。 - 前記ノズル本体は円柱で形成され、前記ノズル流入部は前記ノズル本体の接線方向に形成され、前記ノズル排出部は前記ノズル本体の長さ方向の中心軸上に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の旋回ユニット基盤の微細気泡発生装置。
- 前記溶解水回転誘導案内部は、

前記衝突式二流体生成部に結合し、前記多数のボールが流動可能に収容される空間が内部に形成されるノズルボディ、および
