Description
上記の基礎となる技術的案を基にして、さらに改良することによって本発明の第3の実施例が得られる。具体的に、図7及び図8に示すように、弁座の段部11の側面には弁座案内面11aが形成されており、移行接続部33には、上方へ向けて湾曲し、且つ弁座案内面11aと取り合わせる第2の案内部35が更に接続されている。第2の案内部35は中心通孔31に取り囲むと共に、移行接続部33の底壁は弁座段部11の段差面11bに支持されている。このような構造設計によって、弁座1とカバー蓋3との間の同軸度をさらに向上することができ、弁体の装着精度を保証することができる。
Claims (7)
- 弁座(1)と、ハウジング(2)及びその両者を接続するためのカバー蓋(3)を含み、前記カバー蓋(3)は、その中心通孔(31)を介して前記弁座(1)の外部に設けられており、且つ、前記カバー蓋(3)には、前記ハウジング(2)と取り合わせる第1の案内部(32)が設けられている電動弁において、
前記カバー蓋(3)は、中心通孔(31)が設けられている移行接続部(33)を更に含み、前記第1の案内部(32)は、前記移行接続部(33)に対して下方へ向けて湾曲しており、且つその外側壁が前記ハウジング(2)の内壁に貼り合わせているとともに、その下端部が前記ハウジング(2)の下端部に固定して接続されており、
前記弁座(1)に、弁座段部(11)が設けられており、
前記移行接続部(33)は、その中心通孔(31)を介して前記弁座段部(11)にネスト装着されており、
前記弁座段部(11)の側面には弁座案内面(11a)が形成されており、
前記移行接続部(33)には、上方へ向けて湾曲し、且つ前記弁座案内面(11a)と取り合わせる第2の案内部(35)が更に接続されており、前記第2の案内部(35)は前記中心通孔(31)に取り囲み、前記移行接続部(33)の底壁は、前記弁座段部(11)の段差面(11b)に支持されていることを特徴とする電動弁。 - 前記カバー蓋(3)の材料は板材であり、
前記中心通孔(31)は板材プレス孔であり、
前記第1の案内部(32)は、前記移行接続部(33)に対して板材引張によって形成される案内部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁。 - 前記第1の案内部(32)の下端面は前記ハウジング(2)の下端面に溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電動弁。
- 前記第1の案内部(32)の下端部には、前記ハウジング(2)の径方向に沿って延在する段部(34)が更に接続されており、
前記ハウジング(2)の下端面は、前記段部(34)に支持されて溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電動弁。 - 前記中心通孔(31)の孔壁は弁座案内面(11a)と取り合わせると共に、前記移行接続部(33)の底壁は、前記弁座段部(11)の段差面(11b)に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁。
- 前記第1の案内部(32)の内壁、前記移行接続部(33)の底壁及び前記弁座(1)の側壁には、凹溝(4)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は5に記載の電動弁。
- 電動弁を含む冷却システムにおいて、
前記電動弁は、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁であることを特徴とする冷却システム。
