[HC]+O2→CO2+H2O

Claims (18)
- a)入口および出口を有する煤フィルターと、
b)前記入口上の煤酸化ゾーンであって、セリウムおよびジルコニウム混合および/または複合酸化物上に分散されている少なくとも1つの金属から本質的に成る煤酸化触媒成分を含み、前記少なくとも1つの金属が、W、Cr、Ce、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、およびそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される煤酸化ゾーンと、
c)SCR触媒成分を含んだ、前記出口上に被覆されたSCRゾーンと
を含み、
前記SCR触媒成分が、V、Cr、Ce、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、またはCuから選択される少なくとも1つの金属を含み、前記金属が、アルミノシリケートモレキュラーシーブ、シリコアルミノホスフェートモレキュラーシーブ、アルミナ、および混合酸化物ベースの材料から選択される担体上に配置される、排ガスを処理するための物品。 - 前記煤酸化触媒成分が、M:CexO2Zr1−xO2という式を有し、式中、x=0.1〜0.9であり、Mが、W、Cr、Ce、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、およびそれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項1に記載の物品。
- MがWであり、xが0.5未満である、請求項2に記載の物品。
- 前記少なくとも1つの金属が、前記煤酸化触媒成分の総重量に対して0.5〜20wt%、前記煤酸化触媒成分中に存在する、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記煤酸化ゾーンが、前記煤酸化成分を含む煤酸化触媒で被覆される、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記煤酸化ゾーンが、0.0016387〜0.0081935g/Lの量の前記煤酸化成分を含む、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記SCR触媒成分が、CHA骨格および骨格外銅を有するモレキュラーシーブである、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記煤酸化触媒成分が、式W:CexO2Zr1−xO2を有し、式中、x=0.1〜0.9であり、前記SCR触媒成分が、式Fe−W:Cex’O2Zr1−x’O2を有し、式中、x’=0.1〜0.99である、請求項1に記載の物品。
- xが0.5未満であり、x’が0.5より大きい、請求項8に記載の物品。
- 前記SCR触媒成分が、0.5より大きいW:Fe比を有する、請求項8に記載の物品。
- 前記煤酸化触媒成分および前記SCR触媒成分が、同じ配合を有し、前記入口における前記煤酸化触媒成分、および前記出口における前記SCR触媒成分が、1:25〜1:2の比で存在する、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記SCR触媒が、骨格外銅を有する、小細孔アルミノシリケートまたはシリコアルミノホスフェートモレキュラーシーブである、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記煤フィルターが、ウォールフロー型フィルターである、請求項1に記載の物品。
- a)窒素系還元剤注入器と、
b)i.入口および出口を有する煤フィルターと、
ii.前記入口上の煤酸化ゾーンであって、セリウムおよびジルコニウム混合および/または複合酸化物上に分散されている少なくとも1つの金属から本質的に成る煤酸化触媒成分を含み、前記少なくとも1つの金属が、W、Cr、Ce、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、およびそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される煤酸化ゾーンと、
iii.SCR触媒成分を含んだ、前記出口上に被覆されたSCRゾーンであって、前記SCR触媒成分が、V、Cr、Ce、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、またはCuから選択される少なくとも1つの金属を含み、前記金属が、アルミノシリケートモレキュラーシーブ、シリコアルミノホスフェートモレキュラーシーブ、アルミナ、および混合酸化物ベースの材料から選択される担体上に配置されるSCRゾーンと
を含む二元機能触媒フィルターと
を含む、リーンバーン排ガス中のNOxを処理するためのシステムであって、
前記注入器が、前記二元機能触媒フィルターの上流に配置され、それと流体連通しているシステム。 - 煤酸化触媒およびSCR触媒で被覆されていないフィルター基材を含まない、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- c)前記二元機能触媒フィルターの下流に配置される、第2のSCR触媒組成物で被覆された少なくとも1つのフロースルーモノリス基材と、
d)前記第2のSCR触媒組成物で被覆された前記少なくとも1つのフロースルーモノリス基材の下流に配置される、アンモニアスリップ触媒と
をさらに含む、請求項14に記載のシステム。 - e)前記窒素系還元剤注入器の上流に配置されるディーゼル酸化触媒
をさらに含む、請求項14に記載のシステム。 - a)煤と、NOxと、窒素系還元剤とを含むリーンバーン排ガス流を、
i.入口および出口を有する煤フィルターと、
ii.前記入口上の煤酸化ゾーンであって、セリウムおよびジルコニウム混合および/または複合酸化物上に分散されている少なくとも1つの金属から本質的に成る煤酸化触媒成分を含み、前記少なくとも1つの金属が、W、Cr、Ce、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、およびそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される煤酸化ゾーンと、
iii.SCR触媒成分を含んだ、前記出口上に被覆されたSCRゾーンであって、前記SCR触媒成分が、V、Cr、Ce、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、またはCuから選択される少なくとも1つの金属を含み、前記金属が、アルミノシリケートモレキュラーシーブ、シリコアルミノホスフェートモレキュラーシーブ、アルミナ、および混合酸化物ベースの材料から選択される担体上に配置されるSCRゾーンと
を含む二元機能触媒フィルターに通して流すことと、
b)前記煤酸化ゾーンで、少なくとも一部の前記煤を酸化することと、
c)前記SCR触媒ゾーンで、少なくとも一部の前記NOxを還元することと
を含む、リーンバーン排ガスを処理するための方法。
