Claims (3)
- 噛合歯を備える第1回転体とこれと同軸上に配置されるとともに噛合歯を備える第2回転体とを備え、前記噛合歯が互いに噛み合う締結状態と前記噛合歯の噛み合いが解除される解放状態とに切り換えられる噛合クラッチと、
前記第1回転体と前記第2回転体との一方を軸方向に移動させ、前記噛合クラッチを締結状態と解放状態とに切り換えるアクチュエータと、
前記噛合クラッチを締結状態に切り換える際に、前記第2回転体に連結される電動モータを制御し、前記第1回転体の回転速度に向けて前記第2回転体の回転速度を制御する同期制御部と、
前記噛合クラッチを締結状態に切り換える際に、前記アクチュエータを制御して前記第1回転体と前記第2回転体との一方を他方に向けて移動させる噛合制御部と、
前記第1回転体と前記第2回転体との回転速度差が所定範囲に収束する同期時間を予測する同期予測部と、
を有し、
前記噛合制御部は、前記第1回転体と前記第2回転体との回転速度差が所定範囲に収束する前に、前記同期時間に基づいて前記第1回転体または前記第2回転体の移動を開始させ、
前記噛合制御部は、前記第1回転体と前記第2回転体との回転速度差が所定範囲に収束し、かつ前記第2回転体の回転速度が前記第1回転体の回転速度に到達する前に、前記噛合歯が互いに噛み合う位置まで前記第1回転体または前記第2回転体を軸方向に移動させることを特徴とするクラッチ制御装置。 - 請求項1記載のクラッチ制御装置において、
前記第1回転体の噛合歯は、先端に設けられる第1チャンファ部とこれに連なる第1噛合部とを備え、
前記第2回転体の噛合歯は、先端に設けられる第2チャンファ部とこれに連なる第2噛合部とを備え、
前記噛合制御部は、前記第1回転体と前記第2回転体との回転速度差が所定範囲に収束し、かつ前記第2回転体の回転速度が前記第1回転体の回転速度に到達する前に、前記第1噛合部と前記第2噛合部とが噛み合う位置まで前記第1回転体または前記第2回転体を軸方向に移動させることを特徴とするクラッチ制御装置。 - 請求項1または2記載のクラッチ制御装置において、
前記噛合クラッチは回転同期機構を有していないことを特徴とするクラッチ制御装置。
