Description
オレフィン置換脱着工程は、図1に示す本発明のオレフィン含有混合ガスからオレフィンを分離する装置を用いて、図2に示す工程に従い行った。実験に用いられた原料の組成は、下記表1に示すように、流動接触分解排ガスとほとんど同じ組成であり、エチレン濃度が19.6体積%であった。エチレン分離のための吸着剤としてはゼオライトXを用い、脱着剤としてはC4混合ガス(イソブタン85%、ノルマルブタン15%)を用いた。吸着段階は、80oCの温度及び8barの圧力条件下で行われた。なお、高純度エチレンの洗浄に必要なエチレンとしては、蒸留方法によらずに、商業的に入手可能な高純度エチレン(99.95体積%)を用いた。
Claims (7)
- 互いに並列に配置されており、且つ、オレフィン選択性吸着剤がそれぞれ充填された少なくとも4つの吸着塔の置換脱着工程によりオレフィンを含有する混合ガスからオレフィンを分離する方法であって、
前記それぞれの吸着塔内においては、吸着段階と、回収段階と、オレフィン洗浄段階と、脱着段階がこの順に且つ繰り返し行われ、このとき、前記オレフィンの分離方法は、
(a)前記混合ガスを吸着塔に取り込ませて前記混合ガス内のオレフィンを選択的に吸着する一方、未吸着の成分が含まれているオレフィン除去流及び先行の脱着段階において取り込ませられて吸着塔内に存在する脱着剤の混合物を吸着塔から排出する吸着段階と、
(b)前記吸着段階の終わった吸着塔に前記オレフィン洗浄段階を行う他の吸着塔から排出されるオレフィン含有ガスを取り込ませて、前記オレフィン含有ガス内のオレフィンを回収する回収段階と、
(c)前記回収段階の終わった吸着塔に高濃度のオレフィンを取り込ませて吸着されていた一部のパラフィン及びその他のガスを洗浄しながら吸着塔内のオレフィンの純度を高めるオレフィン洗浄段階と、
(d)前記オレフィン洗浄段階の終わった吸着塔に脱着剤を供給してオレフィンを脱着することにより、オレフィン及び脱着剤の混合物を排出し、これらをオレフィンと脱着剤に分離するための蒸留塔に搬送する脱着段階と、
を含み、
同じ時点で、前記吸着段階、回収段階、オレフィン洗浄段階及び脱着段階の全ての段階が前記少なくとも4つの吸着塔において同時に行われ、
前記オレフィン洗浄段階において取り込ませられる高濃度のオレフィンは、前記段階(d)において蒸留塔により分離されたオレフィンから供給されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記オレフィン吸着段階における圧力が大気圧以上である場合に、回収段階前に、吸着塔に残留するオレフィン以外の成分を排出するための並流減圧段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記オレフィン選択性吸着剤は、オレフィンと選択的にπ−錯合体を形成するπ−錯体吸着剤、X型ゼオライト、Y型ゼオライトまたはゼオライトA吸着剤であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記脱着剤は、C3〜C6の炭化水素類であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記脱着段階は、1〜30atmの圧力及び20〜150℃の温度条件下で行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記吸着段階において排出されたオレフィン除去流及び脱着剤の混合物を、オレフィン除去流と脱着剤に分離するための蒸留塔に取り込ませることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- i)前記オレフィンと脱着剤に分離するための蒸留塔及びii)前記オレフィン除去流と脱着剤に分離するための蒸留塔のそれぞれから分離された脱着剤を再循環させて前記脱着段階の脱着剤として用いることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
