Claims (10)
- 内燃機関用の排ガス装置であって、
定常的に非貫流である少なくとも1つの排ガス非貫流領域(3)であって、該排ガス非貫流領域(3)において形成される凝縮水(12)を集める凝縮水集合領域(11)を有する排ガス非貫流領域(3)と、
少なくとも1つの排ガス貫流領域(2)と、
前記凝縮水集合領域(11)を前記排ガス貫流領域(2)に熱を伝達するように接続する熱伝達装置(13)と、を備えており、
前記排ガス非貫流領域(3)は、アクティブなマフラ(6)であり、該マフラ(6)のハウジング(7)は、前記凝縮水集合領域(11)を有し、接続管(9)が設けられていて、該接続管(9)を介して前記ハウジング(7)は、空気伝送音を伝達すべく前記排ガス貫流領域(2)に接続されていることを特徴とする排ガス装置。 - 前記熱伝達装置(13)は、少なくとも1つの熱伝達体(15)を有し、該熱伝達体(15)は、一方側では、前記排ガス貫流領域(2)と熱を伝達するように接続されていて、かつ他方側では前記凝縮水集合領域(11)と熱を伝達するように接続されている、請求項1記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記熱伝達体(15)は、熱伝導材料から成っている、又は熱伝導管(18)である、請求項2記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記熱伝達体(15)は、前記凝縮水集合領域(11)の内部(33)に熱伝達構造体(36)を有し、かつ/又は
前記熱伝達体(15)は、排ガス貫流領域(2)の内部(35)に熱伝達構造体(37)を有し、かつ/又は
前記熱伝達体(15)は、前記凝縮水集合領域(11)の内部(33)を外側(25)から隔てる、前記凝縮水集合領域(11)の壁(32)を貫通し、かつ/又は
前記熱伝達体(15)は、前記排ガス貫流領域(2)の内部(35)を外側(24)から隔てる、前記排ガス貫流領域(2)の壁(34)を貫通している、請求項2又は3記載の排ガス装置。 - 前記熱伝達装置(13)は、前記排ガス貫流領域(2)の外側(24)と前記凝縮水集合領域(11)の外側(25)とに配置されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記熱伝達装置(13)は、断熱体(27)及び/又は風防体(28)及び/又はスプラッシュガード(29)を有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記熱伝達装置(13)は、少なくとも1つの2形態体(31)を有し、該2形態体(31)は、それ自体の温度に関連して少なくとも2つの異なった幾何学形状を取り、この少なくとも2つの形状は、所定の温度未満では、前記排ガス貫流領域(2)から前記熱伝達装置(13)を介して前記凝縮水集合領域(11)への熱伝達を行い、かつこの熱伝達が所定の温度以上では中断されるように、選択されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記2形態体(31)は、請求項2記載の熱伝達体(15)に組み込まれている、又は
前記2形態体(31)は、前記凝縮水集合領域(11)に組み込まれている、又は
前記2形態体(31)は、前記排ガス貫流領域(2)に組み込まれている、請求項7記載の排ガス装置。 - 前記排ガス貫流領域(2)は、排気管(4)である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス装置。
- 前記熱伝達装置(13)は、前記凝縮水集合領域(11)と前記排ガス貫流領域(2)との間における熱伝達(14)を変化させるための調節装置(38)を有し、該調節装置(38)は、熱伝達体(15)と共働する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の排ガス装置。
