Description
請求項1の特徴部に記載された噴射弁、すなわちプラスチック被覆体の下端部において、ハウジングとプラスチック被覆体との間の環状の分離箇所がシールされていることを特徴とする噴射弁には、次のような利点がある。すなわち本発明による噴射弁では、噴射弁のハウジングにおけるプラスチック被覆体の下側の接合箇所が付加的にシールされていることによって、噴射弁の絶対的なシール性が長期に亘って保証され、かつハウジング内部において、例えばマグネットコイルにおいて腐食損傷の発生することがない。噴射弁はこれにより、いわば「渡河可能」となり、つまり水、泥及びこれに類したものに漬かることに対して耐性をもち、このようなことは、ゲレンデヴァーゲンと呼ばれる全地勢走行車や商用車において必要とされる。
Claims (4)
- 流体を調量して噴射する噴射弁であって、ハウジング(11)と該ハウジング(11)を取り囲むプラスチック被覆体(16)とが設けられていて、該プラスチック被覆体(16)からハウジング(11)の、流体供給側の上側のハウジング端部と流体噴射側の下側のハウジング端部とが突出している形式のものにおいて、
前記ハウジング(11)は、弁ニードルを駆動するマグネットコイル(15)を収容するスリーブ区分(141)を有し、
スリーブ区分(141)の上端部は、プラスチック被覆体(16)の下端部によって被われていて、プラスチック被覆体(16)の下端部において、スリーブ区分(141)とプラスチック被覆体(16)との間の環状の分離箇所(22)が、外側においてシールされており、分離箇所(22)はシールスリーブ(23)によって被われていて、該シールスリーブ(23)は一方の側でプラスチック被覆体(16)にかつ他方の側でスリーブ区分(141)に被せ嵌められて圧着していることを特徴とする噴射弁。 - シールスリーブ(23)はエラストマから製造されている、請求項1記載の噴射弁。
- プラスチック被覆体(16)はその上端部の近傍に、環状の外側溝(24)を備えていて、該外側溝(24)内に、弁受容部(27)に対するシールのためにシールリング(25)が挿入されている、請求項1又は2記載の噴射弁。
- 前記流体は燃料である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。
