Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1前序部分的、用于配量地喷射流体、尤其燃料的喷射阀。
背景技术
一种公知的燃料喷射阀(DE19744739A1)具有一由多个部分组装成的壳体,这些部分中的一部分由具有燃料入流管的入流接管构成并且一部分由一在直径上成阶梯状的套筒构成。管状入流接管插入到套筒的直径较大的套筒区段中并且部分地插入到套筒的直径较小的套筒区段中并且在其插入端部上承载一驱动阀针的电磁铁的电磁线圈,电磁铁的与阀针固定连接的衔铁在入流接管的插入到直径较小的套筒区段中的端部中轴向可移动地导向。直径较小的套筒区段的敞开端部被一阀体封闭,在该阀体上构造了一围绕阀口的阀座。一在阀针的端部上构造的关闭体与阀座共同作用用于开启和关闭阀口。喷孔盘设置在阀体后面。入流接管的从套筒伸出的区域被一塑料压力注塑包封件包围,该塑料压力注塑包封件覆盖套筒的直径较大的区段的开口并且与入流接管的入流侧的端部间隔地终止。用于电磁铁的电磁线圈的连接插头插在该塑料压力注塑包封件中。该燃料喷射阀被装入到内燃机的缸盖中的阀接收部中并且借助两个密封环相对于阀接收部的壁密封。在此,在套筒的直径较小的套筒区段的、在喷射侧的下端部上存在的环槽中接收一下部的密封环并且一上部的密封环推到入流接管的从塑料压力注塑包封件伸出的、入流侧的上端部上。该上部的密封环在喷射阀装入到阀接收部中之后压紧在塑料压力注塑包封件的环状的端面上。
发明内容
具有权利要求1特征的根据本发明的喷射阀具有优点,即通过附加地密封在喷射阀壳体上的塑料压力注塑包封件的下部的台阶部位长久地确保喷射阀的绝对密封并且在壳体内部,例如在电磁线圈上没有出现腐蚀损害。由此该喷射阀是“能涉水的”,也是说对浸入到水中、泥中等不敏感,如其在越野车和载重车辆中要求的一样。
通过在其他权利要求中实施的措施,在权利要求中给出的喷射阀的有利的扩展构型和改善是可行的。
根据本发明的一有利的实施方式,通过一与在壳体和塑料压力注塑包封件之间的下部的分离部位搭接的密封圈实现附加地密封壳体,该密封圈一方面压紧在塑料压力注塑包封件上并且另一方面压紧在壳体上。借助一这种优选由弹性体构成的密封环没有干涉到阀结构中地以制造技术简单和可靠的方式实现密封。
根据本发明一有利的实施方式,塑料压力注塑包封件在其上端部附近设有一环绕的外槽并且一用于相对于阀接收部密封的密封环置入到该外槽中。通过该上部的密封环,也确保喷射阀在安装位置中的涉水能力,在这些安装位置中喷射阀横向地或者在顶部之上地安装,使得例如喷射阀的入流侧的端部比喷射侧的端部更深。

具体实施方式
在图2中以立体侧视图和在图1中以剖面图示出的喷射阀例如用于将燃料喷射到通至内燃机的燃烧室的进气道中或者直接喷射到内燃机的燃烧室中或者用于为了降低在废气中含有的氧化氮将另一流体例如尿素水溶液配量地喷射到内燃机的排气装置中。该喷射阀具有一壳体11,该壳体由三个壳体部分组装成,也就是说由一带有用于流体的入流口121的入流接管12、阀管13和一推到阀管13上的、带有具有两个不同内径的套筒区段141和142的壳体套筒14,入流接管12的端部插入到阀管中。具有较大内径的套筒区段141包围位于阀管13上的、用于操纵在阀管13内部设置的阀针的电磁铁的电磁线圈15。该阀针以公知的方式与电磁铁的衔铁固定地连接并且在阀管13中设置的阀关闭弹簧的作用下以一个关闭头压紧在喷射阀的、包围阀口的阀座上。壳体套筒14的具有较小内径的套筒区段142形状锁合地放置在阀管13上。
壳体11被塑料压力注塑包封件16包围,壳体11以其流体入流侧的、上部的壳体端部和其流体喷射侧的、下部的壳体端部轴向突出于该塑料压力注塑包封件。在此,该流体入流侧的、上部的壳体端部由入流接管12的末区段构成并且流体喷射侧的、下部的壳体端部由具有较大内径的套筒区段141的一部分和具有较小内径的全部套筒区段142构成。一连接插头20注入到塑料压力注塑包封件16中,该连接插头的两个插头触点21与电磁线圈15的绕组连接。该喷射阀通常装入到阀接收部17、27中,如在图1中部分地示出的一样。在燃料喷射阀的情况下,下部的阀接收部17是内燃机的燃烧缸的缸盖中的孔并且上部的阀接收部27是固定在缸盖上的燃料分配器中的孔。为了相对于阀接收部17、27密封壳体11,设有两个密封环18、19,它们中的一下部的密封环18置入在一切入在壳体11中确切地说在具有较小内径的套筒区段142中的环槽26中并且一上部的密封环19放置在入流接管12的、从塑料压力注塑包封件16伸出的区段上。
为了避免在壳体11的内部中尤其在电磁线圈15上的腐蚀损伤,如喷射阀应用在承受粗糙运行方式的汽车中时,通过水侵入到在壳体11和塑料压力注塑包封件16之间的分离部位上出现的腐蚀损伤一样,壳体11和塑料压力注塑包封件16的、在塑料压力注塑包封件16的下端部上环绕的分离部位22被密封,也就是说制成水密的。在此,在示出的实施例中应用一优选由弹性体制成的密封圈23,该密封圈一方面压紧在塑料压力注塑包封件16上一方面压紧在壳体11确切地说在壳体套筒14的具有较大内径的套筒区段141上。附加地,塑料压力注塑包封件16在其上端部附近设有一环绕的外槽24并且一密封环25例如O环置入在该外槽24中,该密封环在阀接收部27中压在其内壁上。然后如果需要一喷射阀的安装位置,该密封环25是尤其有利的,在该安装位置中入流接管12的入流口121可能在空间上位于喷射阀的喷射口的下部并且由此该区域在汽车运行时同样承受增大数量的水、泥等或者出现喷射阀完全浸入到水中的运行状态。
Claims (4)
1.用于配量地喷射流体的喷射阀,具有一壳体(11)和包围该壳体(11)的塑料压力注塑包封件(16),所述壳体(11)以一流体入流侧的、上部的壳体端部和一流体喷射侧的、下部的壳体端部从该塑料压力注塑包封件伸出,其特征在于,该壳体(11)和该塑料压力注塑包封件(16)的在该塑料压力注塑包封件(16)的下端部上环绕的分离部位(22)在外侧被密封,其中,所述分离部位(22)被一密封圈(23)搭接,该密封圈一方面压套在塑料压力注塑包封件(16)上、一方面压套在壳体(11)上。
2.根据权利要求1的喷射阀,其特征在于,所述密封圈(23)由一弹性体制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2的喷射阀,其特征在于,所述塑料压力注塑包封件(16)在其上端部附近设有一环绕的外槽(24)并且在该外槽(24)中置入一用于相对于一阀接收部(27)密封的密封环(25)。
4.根据权利要求1或2的喷射阀,其特征在于,所述流体是燃料。
