Claims (18)
- 支持構造体と、
前記支持構造体に対して運動することが可能なように前記支持構造体上に支持されている可動要素であって、前記可動要素は、直径が最大10mmである1つまたは複数のレンズを有するカメラレンズ要素を備える、可動要素と、
仮想的な主軸に対して傾き、前記主軸周りの4つの側面上それぞれに2本ずつのSMAアクチュエータワイヤを備える8本のSMAアクチュエータワイヤであって、4本のSMAアクチュエータワイヤの2つのグループが収縮すると、前記主軸に沿って対向する方向の成分を有する力を前記可動要素に及ぼすように、前記SMAアクチュエータが、前記可動要素と前記支持構造体との間に連結され、各グループの前記SMAアクチュエータワイヤが、前記主軸周りに2回回転対称に配置されている、8本のSMAアクチュエータワイヤと
を備えるSMA作動装置。 - 前記可動要素が、画像センサと、前記画像センサ上に画像を合焦するように配置されたカメラレンズ要素とを備えるカメラユニットであり、前記主軸が、前記カメラレンズ要素の光軸である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記SMA作動装置が、前記支持構造体に固定された画像センサをさらに備えるカメラ装置であり、前記可動要素が、前記画像センサ上に画像を合焦するように配置されたカメラレンズ要素を備え、前記主軸が、前記カメラレンズ要素の光軸である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記8本のSMAアクチュエータワイヤが、独立した駆動信号を前記SMAアクチュエータワイヤのそれぞれが受け取ることができる電気的接続を有する、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 駆動信号を前記SMAアクチュエータワイヤに入力するために、前記SMAアクチュエータワイヤに電気的に接続された制御回路をさらに備える、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御回路が、前記SMAアクチュエータワイヤのそれぞれに独立した駆動信号を入力するように配置されている、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記装置の振動を表す出力信号を生成するように配置された振動センサをさらに備え、前記制御回路が、前記画像センサによって感知される前記画像を安定化させるために、振動センサの出力信号に応答して前記駆動信号を生成するように配置されている、請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- 前記制御回路が、前記画像センサによって感知される前記画像を安定化させるために、前記カメラユニットを傾斜させ、前記光軸に対して横向きに動かす駆動信号を生成するように配置されている、請求項2に従属するときの請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記制御回路が、前記可動要素を、前記画像センサによって感知される前記画像を安定化させるために前記光軸に対して横向きに動かし、前記画像の焦点を変化させるために前記光軸に沿って動かす駆動信号を生成するように配置されている、請求項3に従属するときの請求項7に記載の装置。
- 4本のSMAアクチュエータワイヤの各グループが、対向する側面上に2対のSMAアクチュエータワイヤを備える、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記可動要素の各側面上に、前記可動要素に枢動的に連結された枢動部材をさらに備え、各側面上の前記2本のSMAアクチュエータワイヤが前記枢動部材に連結されている、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 4本のSMAアクチュエータワイヤの各グループが、各側面上に1本のSMAアクチュエータワイヤを備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御回路が、対向する側面上の互いに平行である前記SMAアクチュエータワイヤに共通の駆動信号を入力するように配置されている、請求項5に従属するときの請求項12に記載の装置。
- 各側面上で、2本の前記SMAアクチュエータワイヤが、互いに平行であるか、または互いに反対方向に傾きかつ交差する、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 各側面上に存在する2本の前記SMAアクチュエータワイヤが、前記主軸に垂直な同じ仮想横軸に対してそれぞれ垂直である、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記可動要素が、前記SMAアクチュエータワイヤのみによって前記支持構造体上に支持されている、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 独立に制御される複数のSMAワイヤを使用する、小型カメラ用の光学画像安定化装置であって、各ワイヤに印加される電力が制御され、各ワイヤの電気抵抗が、制御を可能にするために監視され、前記ワイヤがさらに、基礎励起によって前記カメラモジュールに加えられる傾斜を感知するために、協調して作用し、前記SMAワイヤシステム上に懸架されている前記カメラモジュールの実効共振周波数を低下させるように前記ワイヤを制御することによって、前記ワイヤが、ジャイロスコープセンサなしでOIS機能を達成するように制御される、光学画像安定化装置。
