易接着性アクリル系エマルジョン(1)の製造
アクリル系バインダー樹脂(Primal−3208(ダウ社製)の固形分含量基準)4重量%、メラミン系架橋剤としてメトキシメチルメチロールメラミン1.5重量%、硬化触媒としてチオシアン酸アンモニウム0.15重量%及び水 94.35重量%を混合してアクリル系エマルジョンを製造した。
水分が100ppm以下に除去されたポリエチレンテレフタレートチップを溶融押出機に注入して溶融した後、T−ダイを用いて押出しながら、表面温度が20℃であるキャスティングドラムで急冷、固化し、2000μmの厚さを有するポリエチレンテレフタレートシートを製造した。
前記アクリル系コーティング層が形成された二軸延伸されたポリエステルフィルムのアクリル系コーティング層の上部にポリビニリデンフルオライド20重量%、二酸化チタン(ルチル型、粒径220nm)5重量%及び溶剤(ジメチルアセトアミド)75重量%をサンドミル法により分散したフッ素コーティング組成物を15μmの乾燥塗布厚みで塗布した。
前記実施例1で、バックシート製造時に二酸化チタンの含量を6重量%に調節したこと以外は実施例1と同様な方法で製造した。
前記実施例1で、バックシート製造時に二酸化チタンの含量を7重量%に調節したこと以外は実施例1と同様な方法で製造した。
前記実施例1で、バックシート製造時に二酸化チタンの含量を8重量%に調節したこと以外は実施例1と同様な方法で製造した。
前記実施例1で、バックシート製造時にポリビニリデンフルオライドの代わりにテトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン−ビニリデンフルオライド(THV)を用いて、150nmの粒径を有する二酸化チタンを用いること以外は実施例1と同様な方法で製造した。
前記実施例1で、バックシート製造時に二酸化チタンが含まれていないフッ素コーティング組成物を用いたこと以外は同様に製造した。
前記実施例1で、バックシート製造時にフッ素コーティング組成物としてポリビニリデンフルオライド20重量%、二酸化チタン(ルチル型、粒径220nm)4重量%及び溶剤(ジメチルアセトアミド)80重量%をサンドミル法で分散したフッ素コーティング組成物を15μmの乾燥塗布厚みで塗布した。
前記実施例1で、アクリル系コーティング層の乾燥塗布厚みを40nmに製造したこと以外は実施例1と同様に製造した。
コロナで表面処理された二軸延伸されたポリエステルフィルムの上部にポリビニリデンフルオライド20重量%、二酸化チタン(ルチル型、粒径220nm)5重量%及び溶剤(ジメチルアセトアミド)75重量%をサンドミル法で分散したフッ素コーティング組成物を15μmの乾燥塗布厚みで塗布した。
Claims (4)
- a)ポリエステル樹脂を溶融押出してポリエステルシートを製造する段階と、
b)前記ポリエステルシートを縦方向に延伸する段階と、
c)前記縦方向に延伸されたポリエステルフィルムの一面または両面にアクリル系バインダー樹脂2〜10重量%、メラミン系架橋剤0.2〜4重量%、硬化触媒0.02〜0.5重量%、及び水を合計100重量%になるように含有したアクリル系エマルジョンを塗布して易接着性アクリル系コーティング層を形成した後、横方向に延伸する段階と、
d)前記二軸延伸されたポリエステルフィルムを熱固定する段階と、
e)前記易接着性アクリル系コーティング層の上部にポリビニリデンフルオライドまたはテトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン−ビニリデンフルオライドから選択されるフッ素樹脂と二酸化チタンを含有するフッ素コーティング組成物をオフラインで塗布してフッ素コーティング層を形成する段階と、
を含む、太陽光モジュール用バックシートの製造方法。 - 前記二酸化チタンは150〜300nmの粒径を有するルチル型であり、含量が30〜40重量%である、請求項1に記載の太陽光モジュール用バックシートの製造方法。
- 前記メラミン系架橋剤はメトキシメチルメチロールメラミンである、請求項1に記載の太陽光モジュール用バックシートの製造方法。
- 前記易接着性アクリル系コーティング層は乾燥塗布厚みが50〜300nmであり、フッ素コーティング層は乾燥塗布厚みが10〜30μmである、請求項1に記載の太陽光モジュール用バックシートの製造方法。
