Description
(1)ポリカーボネート樹脂層(A)の少なくとも一方の面に、メタクリル樹脂層(B)と、ゴム状重合体を含有するメタクリル樹脂層(C)とが、この順に積層されてなることを特徴とする積層板。
(2)前記メタクリル樹脂層(B)の厚さが、3〜70μmである前記(1)に記載の積層板。
(3)積層板全体の厚さが、0.2〜3mmである前記(1)または(2)に記載の積層板。
・押出機1:スクリュー径65mm、一軸、ベント付きの押出機(東芝機械(株)製)を用いた。
・押出機2:スクリュー径45mm、一軸、ベント付きの押出機(日立造船(株)製)を用いた。
・押出機3:スクリュー径45mm、一軸、ベント付きの押出機(日立造船(株)製)を用いた。
・フィードブロック4:3種3層分配型のフィードブロック(日立造船(株)製)を用いた。
・ダイ5:リップ幅1400mm、リップ間隔1mmのTダイ(日立造船(株)製)を用いた。
・第1,第2,第3冷却ロール6,7,8:横型、面長1400mm、径300mmφの冷却ロールを用いた。
・軸ロール:ステンレス鋼製のものを用いた。
・金属製薄膜:厚さ2mmのステンレス鋼製の鏡面金属スリーブを用いた。
・流体:油であり、この油を温度制御することによって、金属弾性ロールを温度制御可能にした。より具体的には、温度調節機のON−OFF制御により前記油を加熱、冷却して温度制御可能にし、軸ロールと金属製薄膜との間に循環させた。
・樹脂1:熱変形温度(Th)140℃の住友ダウ(株)製のポリカーボネート樹脂「カリバー301−10」を用いた。
・樹脂2:熱変形温度(Th)100℃の住友化学(株)製のポリメタクリル酸メチル(PMMA)樹脂「スミペックスMH」を用いた。
・樹脂3:メタクリル酸メチル/アクリル酸メチル=98/2(重量比)の共重合体86重量%と、下記参考例で得たゴム状重合体14重量%との混合物を用いた。
(ゴム状重合体の製造)
まず、内容積5Lのガラス製反応容器に、イオン交換水1700g、炭酸ナトリウム0.7gおよび過硫酸ナトリウム0.3gを仕込んで窒素気流下に撹拌した。次いで、分散剤(花王(株)製の「ペレックスOT−P」)4.46g、イオン交換水150g、メタクリル酸メチル150gおよびメタクリル酸アリル0.3gを加えた後、75℃に昇温して150分間撹拌を続けた。
<積層板の作製>
まず、押出機1,2,3、フィードブロック4、ダイ5、第1,第2,第3冷却ロール6,7,8を図1に示すように配置した。次いで、樹脂層(A)として表1に示す種類の樹脂を押出機1にて溶融混練し、樹脂層(B)として表1に示す種類の樹脂を押出機2にて溶融混練し、樹脂層(C)として表1に示す種類の樹脂を押出機3にて溶融混練し、それぞれをフィードブロック4に供給した。
得られた各積層板(実施例1〜4および比較例1)について、線状欠陥および落球強度を評価した。各評価方法を以下に示すとともに、その結果を表1に示す。
まず、得られた積層板から400×500mmのサイズに試験片を切り出した。次いで、この試験片を、黒色のシート上に載置した。このとき、試験片の両表層に位置する樹脂層(A),(C)のうち、樹脂層(C)を上側、樹脂層(A)を下側にし、樹脂層(A)が黒色のシートに接触するようにした。次いで、外光を遮断するとともに、試験片の樹脂層(C)の表面に対して斜め45度上方に三波長型白色蛍光灯を配置した。そして、前記三波長型白色蛍光灯から試験片の樹脂層(C)の表面に白色光を照射し、試験片に存在する線状欠陥の個数を目視観察して評価した。
まず、得られた積層板から60×60mmのサイズに試験片を切り出した。次いで、この試験片の両表層に位置する樹脂層(A),(C)のうち、樹脂層(C)を上側(落球側)、樹脂層(A)を下側とし、重量36gで直径20mmφの金属球を、樹脂層(C)の表面からの高さを5cmずつ増加させながら試験片に落下させた。そして、試験片に亀裂が生じる高さを、落球強度として評価した。試験片に亀裂が生じる高さが高いほど、耐衝撃性に優れていることを示す。

Claims (3)
- ポリカーボネート樹脂層(A)の少なくとも一方の面に、メタクリル樹脂層(B)と、ゴム状重合体を含有するメタクリル樹脂層(C)とが、この順に積層されてなり、
前記メタクリル樹脂層(B)は、メタクリル酸メチル単位を70重量%以上含むメタクリル酸メチル樹脂で構成され、ゴム状重合体の含有量が2重量%以下であり、
前記メタクリル樹脂層(C)は、メタクリル酸メチル単位を70重量%以上含むメタクリル酸メチル樹脂と前記ゴム状重合体で構成され、両者の合計量を基準に前記ゴム状重合体を3〜50重量%含有し、
前記ポリカーボネート樹脂層(A)と前記メタクリル樹脂層(B)と前記メタクリル樹脂層(C)とが共押出成形されている
ことを特徴とする積層板。 - 前記メタクリル樹脂層(B)の厚さが、3〜70μmである請求項1に記載の積層板。
- 積層板全体の厚さが、0.2〜3mmである請求項1または2に記載の積層板。
