Description
(1)熱可塑性樹脂を押出機で溶融混練して、ダイから押出成形し、少なくとも3本の冷却ロールで冷却して押出樹脂板を得る押出樹脂板の製造方法であって、
少なくとも3本の冷却ロールにおいて、最終冷却ロールを第3冷却ロール、最終冷却ロールより1つ手前の冷却ロールを第2冷却ロール、および最終冷却ロールより2つ手前の冷却ロールを第1冷却ロールとする場合に、第3冷却ロールの回転軸と第2冷却ロールの回転軸とを結ぶ直線L1が、第2冷却ロールの回転軸と第1冷却ロールの回転軸とを結ぶ直線L2に対して、溶融樹脂が第3冷却ロールに巻きかかる側と反対側の方向に3〜25度の傾きを有し、
前記溶融樹脂を、第3冷却ロールと第2冷却ロールとの間に挟み込み、冷却ロール間で圧着して成形することを特徴とする押出樹脂板の製造方法。
(2)前記L1が前記L2に対して、溶融樹脂が第3冷却ロールに巻きかかる側と反対側の方向に5〜25度の傾きを有する(1)に記載の製造方法。
(3)前記熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリカーボネート樹脂またはメタクリル樹脂である(1)または(2)に記載の製造方法。
押出機1:スクリュー径130mm、一軸、ベント付きの押出機(日立造船(株)製)。
押出機2:スクリュー径50mm、一軸、ベント付きの押出機(日立造船(株)製)。
ダイ(I):Tダイ(樹脂吐出口幅1650mm、リップ間隔1mm(日立造船(株)製))とフィードブロック(樹脂吐出口幅150mm、2種3層分配(日立造船(株)製))との組み合わせ。
ダイ(II):Tダイ(樹脂吐出口幅1650mm、リップ間隔1mm(日立造船(株)製))とフィードブロック(樹脂吐出口幅150mm、2種2層分配(日立造船(株)製))との組み合わせ。
冷却ユニット:横型、面長1800mm、径350mmφの冷却ロール3本
ポリカーボネート樹脂1(PC1):住友ダウ(株)製の「カリバー301−10」
ポリカーボネート樹脂2(PC2):住友ダウ(株)製の「カリバー301−10」に、ベンゾトリアゾール系UVA(チヌビン360)を、「カリバー301−10」100重量%に対して0.38重量%添加した樹脂。
メタクリル樹脂1(PMMA1):メタクリル酸メチル/アクリル酸メチル=94/6(質量比)の共重合体
メタクリル樹脂2(PMMA2):メタクリル酸メチル/アクリル酸メチル=98/2(質量比)の共重合体
表1に記載の樹脂を、それぞれ第1押出機および第2押出機内で溶融混練し、Tダイが取り付けられたフィードブロックに供給し、共押出成形を行った。なお、押出機1に投入された樹脂が、中間層(3層構造の場合)または主層(2層の場合)を形成し、押出機2に投入された樹脂が、両表層(3層構造の場合)または表層(2層の場合)を形成した。

Claims (3)
- 熱可塑性樹脂を押出機で溶融混練して、ダイから押出成形し、少なくとも3本の冷却ロールで冷却して押出樹脂板を得る押出樹脂板の製造方法であって、
少なくとも3本の冷却ロールにおいて、最終冷却ロールを第3冷却ロール、最終冷却ロールより1つ手前の冷却ロールを第2冷却ロール、および最終冷却ロールより2つ手前の冷却ロールを第1冷却ロールとする場合に、第3冷却ロールの回転軸と第2冷却ロールの回転軸とを結ぶ直線L1が、第2冷却ロールの回転軸と第1冷却ロールの回転軸とを結ぶ直線L2に対して、溶融樹脂が第3冷却ロールに巻きかかる側と反対側の方向に3〜25度の傾きを有し、
前記溶融樹脂を、第3冷却ロールと第2冷却ロールとの間に挟み込み、冷却ロール間で圧着して成形することを特徴とする押出樹脂板の製造方法。 - 前記L1が前記L2に対して、溶融樹脂が第3冷却ロールに巻きかかる側と反対側の方向に5〜25度の傾きを有する請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリカーボネート樹脂またはメタクリル樹脂である請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
