Claims (8)
- 液圧/空圧を供給可能な部材のハウジングであって、圧力負荷される少なくとも1つの通路系(4,5,6)を備え、該通路系(4,5,6)の通路横断面が通路丸み部を有するハウジングにおいて、
圧力負荷される少なくとも1つの前記通路系(4,5,6)の前記通路丸み部は、該圧力負荷される通路系(4,5,6)の通路横断面及び/又は通路縦断面において、少なくとも部分的に非対称的に形成されていて、しかも、少なくとも2つの異なった半径(r1,r2)から形成されており、その場合に、ハウジング材料において運転時に圧縮応力が予期される前記通路丸み部の領域が小さい方の半径(r1)であり、ハウジング材料において運転時に引張り応力が予期される前記通路丸み部の領域が大きい方の半径(r2)であることを特徴とするハウジング。 - 前記通路横断面は、通路長手方向において対称的に及び/又は非対称的に変化する、請求項1記載のハウジング。
- 前記通路横断面は、全通路長さにわたって変化することなく等しい、請求項1記載のハウジング。
- 少なくとも1つの放圧する通路系(3,7)の通路丸み部が、該放圧する通路系(3,7)の通路横断面及び/又は通路縦断面において、少なくとも部分的に非対称的に形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のハウジング。
- 前記ハウジングは、切換えスライド弁のハウジングであって、弁スライダを摺動可能に収容するための1つの弁孔(2)と、該弁孔の壁に形成されていて前記通路系(3〜7)を形成する複数の周溝とを備え、該周溝の各横断面は、選択的に非対称的な通路丸み部を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のハウジング。
- 通路横断面形状が通路長手方向において通路丸み部を有する、圧力負荷される通路系(4,5,6)を備えた部材ハウジング(1)の、液圧/空圧に対する負荷耐性を高める方法であって、
運転に基因する材料応力を、前記通路系(4,5,6)に沿って、解析によって及び/又は計算によって求め、
求められた圧縮応力が高められると同時に、材料の求められた引張り応力が低下するように、通路丸み部を選択的に適合させ、この場合に、単数又は複数の選択された圧力負荷される通路系(4,5,6)の、通路横断面における前記通路丸み部を、少なくとも2つの異なった半径(r1,r2)から形成し、小さい方の半径(r1)を、前記求められた圧縮応力の領域に形成し、かつ大きい方の半径(r2)を、前記求められた引張り応力の領域に形成することを特徴とする方法。 - 選択された圧力負荷される通路系(4,5,6)の通路丸み部を、通路縦断面において、非対称的に成形する、請求項6記載の方法。
- 選択された放圧する通路系(3,7)の通路丸み部を、通路横断面及び/又は通路縦断面において、非対称的に成形する、請求項6又は7記載の方法。
