Description
ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第102007000878号明細書には、内燃機関用の燃料系が記載されており、そこでは、燃料が、低圧噴射装置によって吸気管に噴射可能であり、また高圧噴射装置によって直接に内燃機関の燃焼室にも噴射可能である。そのために低圧圧送装置は、燃料を燃料タンクから低圧噴射装置に圧送し、またそれ以外に高圧圧送装置にも圧送し、高圧圧送装置は、燃料を引き続き高圧レールに圧送し、そこから高圧噴射装置に圧送する。
本発明の根底を成す課題は、請求項1の特徴部に記載された構成を有する燃料系により解決される。本発明の好適な態様は、従属請求項に記載されている。さらに本発明にとって重要な構成は、後述する実施の形態の説明および図面の記載から明らかであり、その際、各構成は、個別にみなしても任意の組み合わせでも本発明にとって重要なものである。
Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1つの低圧噴射装置(42)に少なくとも間接的に燃料を圧送する低圧圧送装置(16)と、
駆動領域(26)と圧送領域(28)とを有し、少なくとも1つの高圧噴射装置(36)に少なくとも間接的に燃料を圧送する高圧圧送装置(24)と、を備える、内燃機関用の燃料系(10)であって、
燃料が、前記低圧圧送装置(16)から先ず前記高圧圧送装置(24)の駆動領域(26)に圧送され、そこから引き続き低圧噴射装置(42)に圧送されることを特徴とする、内燃機関用の燃料系。 - 前記駆動領域(26)は、ハウジング内に凹部を備え、該凹部に、駆動軸および/または少なくとも1つの圧送要素が配置されている、請求項1記載の燃料系。
- 前記圧送要素は、圧送ピストンである、請求項2記載の燃料系。
- 前記高圧圧送装置(24)は、流量制御弁を備える、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料系。
- 前記低圧圧送装置(16)は、電気駆動式の燃料ポンプを備える、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃料系。
- 前記電気駆動式の燃料ポンプ(16)は、燃料タンク(12)内に配置されている、請求項5記載の燃料系。
- 電気式の前記燃料ポンプ(16)の圧送出力が可変である、請求項5または6記載の燃料系。
- 流体的に前記高圧圧送装置(24)の駆動領域(26)と前記低圧噴射装置(42)との間に低圧レール(40)が配置されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料系。
- 流体的に前記高圧圧送装置(24)の圧送領域(28)と前記高圧噴射装置(36)との間に高圧レール(34)が配置されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の燃料系。
- 前記燃料系が、燃料としてCNG又はLPGを用いた運転用に構成されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の燃料系。
- 内燃機関の前記燃料系が、MPI装置を含む、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の燃料系。
