Tudalen(登録商標)81(CA=43質量%、CN=24質量%、CP=33質量%;IP346によるPCA>15質量%)
実施例1
IP346による45質量%の多環式芳香族化合物の含有率と、22質量%のCN含有率と、23質量%のCP含有率とを有する二次抽出物を、340℃の温度及び200バールの圧力で水素化反応器において水素と一緒に入れた。該反応器は、ニッケル−モリブデン触媒(Evonik社製のAxens HR548)を含有していた。水素化は、25分の平均滞留時間で実施した。94%のナフテン系プロセス油と、6%のストリップオイルが得られた。
さらに、本発明による方法により得られた種々の生成物の特性を、従来のプロセス油であるTDAEの特性と比較した。第2表は、種々の製造条件の対比と、本発明により製造された3種の生成物(水素化生成物)のデータのTDAEとの比較を示している。それらの水素化生成物は、前記の実施例と同様に製造した。一次抽出物と二次抽出物との混合は、その際、50:50であった。
Claims (10)
- ASTM D 2140により測定して、0〜30質量%対20〜65質量%対20〜55質量%のCA対CN対CPの炭素配分を有し、かつIP346による3質量%未満の多環式芳香族化合物(PCA)の含有率を有するナフテン系プロセス油の製造方法であって、
IP346により測定して少なくとも3質量%の多環式芳香族化合物の含有率と、ナフテン系炭素原子CNの割合≦25質量%を有するプロセス油出発物質を、金属触媒を使用して、温度200〜400℃及び圧力80〜250バールで水素を用いて水素化することを特徴とする、
方法。 - 前記の水素化を、250〜400℃の温度で実施することを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記の水素化を、300〜375℃の温度で実施することを特徴とする、
請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記金属触媒が、ニッケル触媒、コバルト触媒、モリブデン触媒、クロム触媒、バナジウム触媒、ニッケル−モリブデン触媒、クロム−バナジウム触媒、金属酸化物、金属硫化物又はそれらの混合物を基礎とすることを特徴とする、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 製造されたナフテン系プロセス油が、30〜65質量%のナフテン系炭素原子CNの割合を有することを特徴とする、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記水素化が、平均滞留時間6〜60分で実施されることを特徴とする、
請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記の使用されるプロセス油出発物質が、TDAE製造又はMES製造からの二次抽出物であることを特徴とする、
請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記の使用されるプロセス油出発物質が、DAEであることを特徴とする、
請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記の使用されるプロセス油出発物質が、TDAE製造又はMES製造に際して生ずる二次抽出物及びDAEの混合物であることを特徴とする、
請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 製造されたナフテン系プロセス油のアニリン点が、DIN ISO 2977により測定して30〜115℃の間にあることを特徴とする、
請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
