Abstract
processo para produção de óleos de processo naftênicos por hidrogenação. o objeto de invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de óleos de processo naftênicos (7), que apresentam uma alta proporção de átomos de carbono naftênicos, de 20 a 60% em peso, e um teor pequeno de aromatos policíclicos, de menos de 3% em peso determinado de acordo com ip 346, por hidrogenação (6) de um extrato de óleo de processo, com um alto teor de aromatos policíclicos. o processo de acordo com a invenção possibilita utilizar de modo economicamente apropriado extratos secundários (5), tais como como são formados na produção de óleos de processos isentos de marcação, também em mistura com extratos primários. os óleos de processo obtidos também são isentos de marcação, de modo que uso de óleos de processo que contêm pca pode ser reduzido e menos essas substâncias chegam ao meio ambiente. com isso, o meio ambiente e, particularmente, a saúde são meio ambiente. com isso, o meio ambiente e, particularmente, a saúde são menos sobrecarregados. além disso, desse modo, os materiais básicos podem ser conduzidos a uma outra utilização e não precisam mais ser adicionados ao óleos de aquecimento. pela exclusão do óleo de aquecimento, também a emissão de co2 é reduzida. pela hidrogenação direta de daw pelo processo de acordo com a invenção também podem ser obtidos óleos de processo naftênicos (7) de alto valor. os óleos de processo (7) obtidos contêm proporções supreendentemente altas de compostos de hidrocarboneto naftênicos. é ainda um objeto da invenção o uso dos óleos de processo (7) produzidos de acordo com a invenção como plastificantes ou óleo de diluição para misturas de borracha naturais ou sintéticas ou elastrômeros termoplásticos.
