Claims (20)
- 熱管理システムであって、
ケースと、
前記ケース内に設けられた断熱材であって、前記断熱材の内部空間を形成する断熱材と、
前記断熱材の前記内部空間に配置されたライナと、
前記ライナ内に設けられた相変化材料の外側コンテナであって、第1の相変化材料を含む複数の外側パネルを有し、前記複数の外側パネルが、底部外側パネルと、上部外側パネルと、側部外側パネルと、を含む、外側コンテナと、
前記外側コンテナ内に設けられた相変化材料の内側コンテナであって、第2の相変化材料を含む複数の内側パネルを有する内側コンテナと、
を有し、
前記ライナの側部の内側表面が、上から下にかけて内側に傾斜しており、
前記側部外側パネルの各々の外側表面が、前記ライナの前記内側表面と平行であり、
前記側部外側パネルの各々において、前記側部外側パネルの上端における前記側部外側パネルの前記外側表面と前記側部外側パネルの内側表面との間の厚さが、前記側部外側パネルの底端における前記外側表面と前記内側表面との間の厚さよりも厚くなっており、
前記外側コンテナにおいて、前記側部外側パネルの前記外側表面と前記内側表面との間に、前記第1の相変化材料が設置されており、前記側部外側パネルの底端よりも前記側部外側パネルの上端の方が、前記第1の相変化材料の量が多い、熱管理システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記第1の相変化材料と前記第2の相変化材料とでは、相変化温度が異なる、熱管理システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記側部外側パネルの各々において、前記側部外側パネルの前記外側表面と前記側部外側パネルの内側表面との間の厚さが、前記側部外側パネルの底端から前記側部外側パネルの上端にかけて厚くなっている、熱管理システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記側部外側パネルの各々において、前記側部外側パネルの内側表面が前記底部外側パネルと垂直であり、前記側部外側パネルの前記外側表面が前記底部外側パネルと垂直でない、熱管理システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記側部外側パネルの各々において、前記側部外側パネルの内側表面が、前記ライナの前記内側表面と平行でない、熱管理システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、
前記複数の内側パネルが、底部内側パネルと、上部内側パネルと、側部内側パネルと、を含み、
前記側部内側パネルの各々の外側表面が、前記ライナの前記内側表面と平行である、熱管理システム。 - 請求項6に記載のシステムであって、前記側部内側パネルの各々において、前記側部内側パネルの底端における前記側部内側パネルの前記外側表面と前記側部内側パネルの内側表面との間の厚さが、前記側部内側パネルの上端における前記外側表面と前記内側表面との間の厚さよりも薄い、熱管理システム。
- 請求項6に記載のシステムであって、前記側部内側パネルの各々において、前記側部内側パネルの前記外側表面と前記側部内側パネルの内側表面との間の厚さが、前記側部内側パネルの底端から前記側部内側パネルの上端にかけて厚くなっている、熱管理システム。
- 請求項6に記載のシステムであって、前記側部内側パネルの各々において、前記側部内側パネルの内側表面が前記底部外側パネルと垂直であり、前記側部内側パネルの前記外側表面が前記底部外側パネルと垂直でない、熱管理システム。
- 請求項6に記載のシステムであって、前記側部内側パネルの各々において、前記側部内側パネルの内側表面が、前記ライナの前記内側表面と平行でない、熱管理システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記第1の相変化材料が前記第2の相変化材料である、熱管理システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであって、前記第1の相変化材料が前記第2の相変化材料とは異なる相変化材料である、熱管理システム。
- 熱管理システムを製造する方法であって、
ケースを準備し、
前記ケース内に断熱材を設け、ここで、前記断熱材は前記断熱材の内部空間を形成し、
前記断熱材の前記内部空間にライナを配置し、ここで、前記ライナの側部の内側表面は上から下にかけて内側に傾斜しており、
前記ライナ内に相変化材料の外側コンテナを設け、ここで、前記外側コンテナは、第1の相変化材料を含む複数の外側パネルを有し、前記複数の外側パネルは、底部外側パネルと、上部外側パネルと、側部外側パネルと、を含み、
前記外側コンテナ内に相変化材料の内側コンテナを設け、ここで、前記内側コンテナは、第2の相変化材料を含む複数の内側パネルを有し、
前記側部外側パネルの各々の外側表面が、前記ライナの前記内側表面と平行であり、
前記側部外側パネルの各々において、前記側部外側パネルの上端における前記側部外側パネルの前記外側表面と前記側部外側パネルの内側表面との間の厚さが、前記側部外側パネルの底端における前記外側表面と前記内側表面との間の厚さよりも厚くなっており、
前記外側コンテナにおいて、前記側部外側パネルの前記外側表面と前記内側表面との間に、前記第1の相変化材料が設置されており、前記側部外側パネルの底端よりも前記側部外側パネルの上端の方が、前記第1の相変化材料の量が多い、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の熱管理システムであって、
前記ライナの内部空間と前記外側コンテナの内部空間との間に第1の非線形通路が形成され、ここで、1つ又はそれ以上の前記外側パネルが少なくとも1つの他の前記外側パネルと接触し、
前記外側コンテナの前記内部空間と前記内側コンテナの内部空間との間に第2の非線形通路が形成され、ここで、1つ又はそれ以上の前記内側パネルが少なくとも1つの他の前記内側パネルと接触する、熱管理システム。 - 請求項14に記載のシステムであって、前記底部外側パネルが、1つ又はそれ以上の前記側部外側パネルの一部を受けるための少なくとも1つの凹部を有し、前記少なくとも1つの凹部及び1つ又はそれ以上の前記側部外側パネルの前記一部が、前記第1の非線形通路の少なくとも一部を形成する、熱管理システム。
- 請求項15に記載のシステムであって、前記内側コンテナの底部内側パネルが、1つ又はそれ以上の側部内側パネルの一部を受けるための少なくとも1つの凹部を有し、前記底部内側パネルの前記少なくとも1つの凹部及び1つ又はそれ以上の前記側部内側パネルの前記一部が、前記第2の非線形通路の少なくとも一部を形成する、熱管理システム。
- 請求項14に記載のシステムであって、前記底部外側パネルが、前記第1の非線形通路に沿って前記側部外側パネルと連結するように構成されている、熱管理システム。
- 請求項17に記載のシステムであって、底部内側パネルが、前記第2の非線形通路に沿って側部内側パネルと連結するように構成されている、熱管理システム。
- 請求項14に記載のシステムであって、少なくとも1つの前記内側パネルが、前記少なくとも1つの前記内側パネルの内側表面上に設けられた隆起部を有し、前記隆起部の表面が前記第2の非線形通路の一部を形成する、熱管理システム。
- 請求項13に記載の熱管理システムを製造する方法であって、
前記ライナの内部空間と前記外側コンテナの内部空間との間に第1の非線形通路が形成され、ここで、1つ又はそれ以上の前記外側パネルが少なくとも1つの他の前記外側パネルと接触し、
前記外側コンテナの前記内部空間と前記内側コンテナの内部空間との間に第2の非線形通路が形成され、ここで、1つ又はそれ以上の前記内側パネルが少なくとも1つの他の前記内側パネルと接触する、方法。
