Description
本発明の実施形態1に係るサスペンション装置を、図1〜図4に基づいて説明する。図1は、実施形態1に係るサスペンション装置の概略構成を表す縦断面図、図2は、実施形態1に係るサスペンション装置の減衰機構の要部を示す縦断面図、図3は、実施形態1に係るサスペンション装置の減衰機構の縮み側摩擦部材が発生する力を説明する縦断面図、図4は、実施形態1に係るサスペンション装置の減衰機構の伸び側摩擦部材が発生する力を説明する縦断面図である。
本発明の実施形態2に係るサスペンション装置を、図5〜図9に基づいて説明する。図5は、実施形態2に係るサスペンション装置の概略構成を表す図、図6は、実施形態2に係るサスペンション装置のECUの伸び側感圧室及び縮み側感圧室内に供給される作動油の圧力を制御するためのフローチャートの一例、図7は、図6に示されたフローチャートにおける伸び側摩擦部材及び縮み側摩擦部材がピストンに押付けられる力の絶対値を算出するための図、図8は、図6に示されたフローチャートにおける伸び側摩擦部材及び縮み側摩擦部材がピストンに押付けられる力の減少値を算出するための図、図9は、図6に示されたフローチャートにおける伸び側摩擦部材及び縮み側摩擦部材がピストンに押付けられる力の操安性要求値を算出するための図である。なお、図5〜図9において、実施形態1と同一部分には、同一符号を付して説明を省略する。

Claims (3)
- 作動流体が封入されたシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に収容され、該シリンダ内に相対移動可能に設けられたピストン部と、前記ピストン部から延在したピストンロッドとを有するピストンとを備え、
前記ピストン部により前記シリンダ内の空間がピストン上室とピストン下室とに仕切られている、車両のサスペンション装置であって、
当該サスペンション装置が伸びる際に前記ピストン上室の圧力が作用することで前記ピストンロッドに押し付けられ、前記ピストンの前記ピストン上室側への移動を減衰させる力が増加する伸び側摩擦部材と、
当該サスペンション装置が縮む際に前記ピストン下室の圧力が作用することで前記ピストンロッドに押し付けられ、前記ピストンの前記ピストン下室側への移動を減衰させる力が増加する縮み側摩擦部材と、
を備え、前記ピストン上室の圧力が作用することで増加する前記伸び側摩擦部材の前記ピストンの移動を減衰させる力が、前記ピストン下室の圧力が作用することで増加する前記縮み側摩擦部材の前記ピストンの移動を減衰させる力よりも大きいことを特徴とするサスペンション装置。 - 前記伸び側摩擦部材のテーパ状の外周面が密に接触するテーパ状の伸び側接触面と、前記縮み側摩擦部材のテーパ状の外周面が密に接触するテーパ状の縮み側接触面と、を有する支持部材を備え、前記伸び側摩擦部材のテーパ状の外周面の前記ピストンの軸心とのなす角度が、前記縮み側摩擦部材のテーパ状の外周面の前記ピストンの軸心とのなす角度よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1記載のサスペンション装置。
- 前記ピストン上室内の作動流体の前記伸び側摩擦部材に作用する量を調節可能な伸び側圧力調節部と、
前記ピストン下室内の作動流体の前記縮み側摩擦部材に作用する量を調節可能な縮み側圧力調節部と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のサスペンション装置。
