Claims (4)
- 積層体フィルムのうち一部のフィルムを切断する切断刃を備え、積層体フィルムを支持する切断受台に沿って切断刃を移動させることによって、複数のフィルムが積層された積層体フィルムのうち一部のフィルムを切断する切断装置において、
上記切断受台に対して上記切断刃の位置を調整する切断刃調整部と、
上記切断刃とは別個に備えられた距離を測定するダイヤルゲージまたは変位センサと、
上記切断刃調整部を制御する制御部とを備え、
上記制御部は、上記ダイヤルゲージまたは変位センサによって測定された、切断受台の長さ方向におけるダイヤルゲージまたは変位センサと切断受台との距離情報に基づき、積層体フィルムに対する切断刃の切断方向と切断受台とが平行となるように上記切断刃調整部を制御するようになっていることを特徴とする積層体フィルムの切断装置。 - 上記距離情報を記憶する記憶部をさらに備え、
上記制御部は、上記記憶部における距離情報に基づき切断刃調整部を制御するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層体フィルムの切断装置。 - 上記積層体フィルムのうち一部のフィルムが偏光フィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の積層体フィルムの切断装置。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の積層体フィルムの切断装置を用いて、複数のフィルムが積層された積層体フィルムのうち一部のフィルムを切断する切断方法において、
ダイヤルゲージまたは変位センサによって測定された、ダイヤルゲージまたは変位センサと切断受台との距離情報に基づき、積層体フィルムに対する切断刃の切断方向と切断受台とが平行となるように切断刃の位置を調整し、
積層体フィルムを支持する切断受台に沿って切断刃を移動させることによって、積層体フィルムのうち一部のフィルムを切断することを特徴とする積層体フィルムの切断方法。
