Claims (5)
- プレス品の良否を検査するプレス品検査装置であって、
前記プレス品を保持するフィンガが交換可能に設けられ、前記プレス品を搬送するロボットを有し、
前記フィンガには、
前記プレス品を加振する加振機構と、
前記加振機構による前記プレス品の振動状態を検出する振動検出部と、
前記振動検出部からの検出信号を解析装置に送信する送信機とが設けられ、
前記解析装置は、前記ロボットを駆動して、前記ロボットの可動範囲に配置され複数の前記フィンガを格納するフィンガストッカから、前記プレス品に対応した前記フィンガを取り出して装着し、前記プレス品の搬送と並行して前記送信機からの前記検出信号に基づき、前記プレス品の良否を判定することを特徴とするプレス品検査装置。 - 請求項1記載のプレス品検査装置において、前記フィンガには、前記振動検出部および前記送信機の少なくともいずれか一方に給電する充電バッテリが設けられ、前記フィンガは、前記ロボットの可動範囲に配置されたフィンガストッカから、前記ロボットの駆動により前記充電バッテリが充電済のものが取り出されまたは使用後のものが格納され、前記フィンガストッカは、前記充電バッテリを充電する充電装置を有することを特徴とするプレス品検査装置。
- 請求項1または2記載のプレス品検査装置において、前記加振機構を、前記フィンガの前記プレス品に対する複数の保持位置からそれぞれ略等しい距離となる位置に設けることを特徴とするプレス品検査装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のプレス品検査装置において、前記フィンガに設けられた前記プレス品を吸着保持するバキュームカップを駆動するエア源をさらに備え、前記加振機構を前記エア源により駆動することを特徴とするプレス品検査装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のプレス品検査装置において、前記振動検出部からの前記検出信号を記憶保持するデータロガをさらに備え、前記データロガは前記フィンガに設けられ、前記送信機は前記データロガに記憶保持した前記検出信号を前記解析装置に無線送信することを特徴とするプレス品検査装置。
