Claims (10)
- 高密度微細気泡液生成方法であって、
a)直径が1μm未満の微細気泡を含む初期液体を準備する工程と、
b)前記初期液体の一部を気化して高密度微細気泡液を得る工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする高密度微細気泡液生成方法。 - 請求項1に記載の高密度微細気泡液生成方法であって、
前記工程b)において、前記初期液体が加熱され、周囲が減圧されることを特徴とする高密度微細気泡液生成方法。 - 高密度微細気泡液生成方法であって、
a)直径が1μm未満の微細気泡を含む初期液体を準備する工程と、
b)濾過フィルタに前記初期液体の一部を透過させ、前記初期液体の残部である高密度微細気泡液を得る工程と、
c)前記濾過フィルタよりも濾過粒度が小さい他の濾過フィルタに、前記濾過フィルタからの濾液の一部を透過させ、前記濾液の残部を得る工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする高密度微細気泡液生成方法。 - 請求項3に記載の高密度微細気泡液生成方法であって、
前記濾過フィルタが、直径が200nmより大きい微細気泡を通さず、

を備えることを特徴とする高密度微細気泡液生成装置。 - 請求項6に記載の高密度微細気泡液生成装置であって、
前記気化部が、
前記初期液体を加熱する加熱部と、
前記初期液体の周囲を減圧する減圧部と、
を備えることを特徴とする高密度微細気泡液生成装置。 - 高密度微細気泡液生成装置であって、
直径が1μm未満の微細気泡を含む初期液体を貯溜する貯溜部と、
濾過部と、
を備え、
前記濾過部が、
濾過フィルタと、
前記初期液体を前記濾過フィルタへと導く導入路と、
前記初期液体の一部が前記濾過フィルタを透過した後の前記初期液体の残部である高密度微細気泡液を排出する排出路と、
前記濾過フィルタよりも濾過粒度が小さい他の濾過フィルタと、
前記濾過フィルタを透過した後の濾液を前記他の濾過フィルタに導く他の導入路と、
前記濾液の一部が前記他の濾過フィルタを透過した後の前記濾液の残部を排出する他の排出路と、
を備えることを特徴とする高密度微細気泡液生成装置。 - 請求項8に記載の高密度微細気泡液生成装置であって、
前記濾過フィルタが、直径が200nmより大きい微細気泡を通さず、
前記他の濾過フィルタが、直径が60nmより大きい微細気泡を通さないことを特徴とする高密度微細気泡液生成装置。 - 請求項6ないし9のいずれかに記載の高密度微細気泡液生成装置であって、
前記初期液体を生成する微細気泡液生成部をさらに備えることを特徴とする高密度微細気泡液生成装置。
