前記ボディの装着孔に連結され、内部が前記ポートと連通する有底筒状のケースと、

前記ケースは、内部を視認可能な透過性を有し、第1ケース部と、前記第1ケース部の内部に設けられる第2ケース部とを備え、前記第1及び第2ケース部の少なくともいずれか一方の外周面に設けられた第1係合部が、前記装着孔の内周面に形成された第2係合部に係合されると共に、前記第1ケース部の端部に接続片が形成され、前記第2ケース部の端部には外周面に対して突出した突起部が設けられ、前記第1ケース部の内部に前記第2ケース部を挿入することで、前記接続片の孔部に前記突起部が係合され、前記第1ケース部の内部に前記第2ケース部が収納された状態で互いに連結されることを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 圧力流体が内部に導入されるケースを有した流体圧機器のケース構造であって、
前記流体圧機器は、前記圧力流体の供給・排出されるポートを有したボディと、
前記ボディの装着孔に連結され、内部が前記ポートと連通する有底筒状のケースと、
を備え、
前記ケースは、内部を視認可能な透過性を有し、第1ケース部と、前記第1ケース部の内部に設けられる第2ケース部とを備え、前記第1及び第2ケース部の少なくともいずれか一方の外周面に設けられた第1係合部が、前記装着孔の内周面に形成された第2係合部に係合されると共に、前記第1ケース部の端部に接続片が形成され、前記第2ケース部の端部には外周面に対して突出した突起部が設けられ、前記第1ケース部の内部に前記第2ケース部を挿入することで、前記接続片の孔部に前記突起部が係合され、前記第1ケース部の内部に前記第2ケース部が収納された状態で互いに連結されることを特徴とする流体圧機器のケース構造。 - 請求項1記載のケース構造において、
前記第1係合部は、前記ケースの外周面に対して半径外方向に突出し、前記第2係合部は、前記内周面に対して半径内方向に突出して形成され、前記ケースを前記装着孔内で前記ボディに対して回転させることによって前記第1係合部と第2係合部とが係合されることを特徴とする流体圧機器のケース構造。 - 請求項2記載のケース構造において、
前記ケースには、該ケースと前記ボディとの相対的な回転変位を規制するストッパ手段が設けられることを特徴とする流体圧機器のケース構造。 - 請求項3記載のケース構造において、
前記ストッパ手段は、前記ケースの軸線方向に変位自在に設けられ、前記ボディの凹部に挿入されることによって前記ボディに対する回転変位が規制されることを特徴とする流体圧機器のケース構造。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のケース構造において、
前記流体圧機器は、前記ケースの内部にフィルタエレメントが収納され、前記圧力流体に含まれる塵埃等を除去可能なフィルタであることを特徴とする流体圧機器のケース構造。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のケース構造において、
前記流体圧機器は、前記ケースの内部に潤滑油が充填され、該潤滑油を前記圧力流体に混合させて前記ポートから排出するルブリケータであることを特徴とする流体圧機器のケース構造。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のケース構造において、
前記流体圧機器は、前記ケースの内部にフィルタエレメントが収納され、且つ、前記ボディに前記圧力流体の圧力を調整可能な調圧機構を備えたフィルタレギュレータであることを特徴とする流体圧機器のケース構造。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のケース構造において、
前記第1ケース部の端部には、半径外方向に向かって徐々に拡径した複数の保持壁が形成され、前記第2ケース部の端部には、その外周面から半径外方向に突出した複数の突部が形成され、前記第2ケース部が前記第1ケース部の内部に収納された際、前記突部の傾斜面が前記保持壁にそれぞれ当接して保持されることを特徴とする流体圧機器のケース構造。
