Description
(樹脂成形体)
図1は、第1実施形態に係る樹脂成形体を示す斜視図である。図2は、図1のII−II線に沿った模式断面図である。第1実施形態に係る樹脂成形体(構造発色体)100は、例えば円筒状であり、互いに略平行に対向する表面(第1の主面)100a及び裏面(第2の主面)100bを有している。表面100a及び裏面100bの対向方向D1における樹脂成形体100の厚さは、1000μmを超え3000μm以下が好ましい。
波長λ2=2×(n1×t1+n2×t2) ・・・(1)
第1実施形態に係る樹脂成形体100の製造方法は、例えば、互いに対向する第1部材の主面及び第2部材の主面の間に、ブロック共重合体と、光重合開始剤と、当該ブロック共重合体及び光重合開始剤を可溶な光重合性モノマーとを含有する溶液を介在させた状態で、第1部材の主面又は第2部材の主面の少なくとも一方に略平行な互いに異なる方向に第1部材及び第2部材を上記溶液に対して相対移動させて、ずり流動場を上記溶液に対して印加する流動場印加工程(第1工程)と、流動場印加工程の後、上記溶液に光を照射して光重合性モノマーを重合させ、ラメラ状のミクロドメインを含むミクロ相分離構造を有する樹脂成形体(構造発色体)を得る光重合工程(第2工程)と、を備えている。上記製造方法は、流動場印加工程の前に溶液調製工程を更に備えていてもよい。また、上記製造方法は、流動場印加工程及び光重合工程の間にアニール工程を更に備えていてもよい。
(a)「旋回運動」:主面50bの中心点P2を通過せず且つ主面50bに略垂直な基準軸Aの周りに板状部材50を旋回運動させる方法(図5,図6(a))。
(b)「遊星運動」:主面50bの中心点P2を通過する軸を基準として板状部材50を回転運動させつつ、基準軸Aの周りに板状部材50を旋回運動させる方法(図6(b))。
(c)「回転運動(自転運動)を伴わない複数方向への振動運動(往復運動)」:板状部材50を一方向に振動運動させた後、他方向に振動運動させる方法(図7(a))。
(d)「回転運動(自転運動)を伴う振動運動」:主面50bの中心点P2を通過する軸を基準として板状部材50を回転運動させつつ、少なくとも一軸方向に板状部材50を振動運動させる方法(図7(b))。
(樹脂成形体)
図8は、第2実施形態に係る樹脂成形体を示す模式断面図である。第2実施形態に係る樹脂成形体(構造発色体)150は、中間層130に代えて中間層(第3の樹脂層)140を有していることを除き、第1実施形態に係る樹脂成形体100と同様の構成を有している。
第2実施形態に係る樹脂成形体150の製造方法は、流動場印加工程が第1実施形態と異なり、その他の工程(溶液調製工程、アニール工程、光重合工程等)については第1実施形態と同様である。
(樹脂成形体)
図10は、第3実施形態に係る樹脂成形体を示す模式断面図である。第3実施形態に係る樹脂成形体(構造発色体)200は、例えば円筒状であり、互いに略平行に対向する表面(第1の主面)200a及び裏面(第2の主面)200bを有している。樹脂成形体200の厚さは、1000μmを超え3000μm以下が好ましい。
第3実施形態に係る樹脂成形体200の製造方法は、流動場印加工程が第1実施形態と異なり、その他の工程(溶液調製工程、アニール工程、光重合工程等)については第1実施形態と同様である。
(樹脂成形体)
図12は、第4実施形態に係る樹脂成形体を示す模式断面図である。第4実施形態に係る樹脂成形体(構造発色体)250は、裏面層220に代えて裏面層(第2の樹脂層)230を有していることを除き、第3実施形態に係る樹脂成形体200と同様の構成を有している。
第4実施形態に係る樹脂成形体250の製造方法は、流動場印加工程が第3実施形態と異なり、その他の工程(溶液調製工程、アニール工程、光重合工程等)については第1実施形態と同様である。
(樹脂成形体)
図13は、第5実施形態に係る樹脂成形体を示す模式断面図である。第5実施形態に係る樹脂成形体(構造発色体)300は、例えば円筒状であり、互いに略平行に対向する表面(第1の主面)300a及び裏面(第2の主面)300bを有している。樹脂成形体300の全体は、樹脂層310からなり、樹脂成形体300の厚さ(樹脂層310の厚さ)は、1000μmを超え3000μm以下が好ましい。
第5実施形態に係る樹脂成形体300の製造方法は、流動場印加工程が第3実施形態と異なり、その他の工程(溶液調製工程、アニール工程、光重合工程等)については第1実施形態と同様である。
Claims (8)
- 互いに対向する第1の主面及び第2の主面を有する樹脂成形体であって、
前記樹脂成形体が、ブロック共重合体を含有する第1の樹脂層を有し、
前記第1の樹脂層が、ラメラ状のミクロドメインを含むミクロ相分離構造を有し、
前記第1の樹脂層の前記ミクロドメインのそれぞれが、前記第1の主面及び前記第2の主面の対向方向に振幅を有する波状であり、
前記第1の樹脂層の前記波状のミクロドメインのそれぞれにおいて、当該波状のミクロドメインの凸部の頂部と凹部の底部との間における前記対向方向の距離の最大値が可視光領域の波長よりも大きい、樹脂成形体。 - 前記樹脂成形体が、ブロック共重合体を含有する第2の樹脂層及び第3の樹脂層を更に有し、
前記第1の樹脂層が、前記第1の主面側に配置されており、
前記第2の樹脂層が、前記第2の主面側に配置されていると共に、ラメラ状のミクロドメインを含むミクロ相分離構造を有し、
前記第3の樹脂層が、前記第1の樹脂層及び前記第2の樹脂層の間に配置されていると共に、ラメラ状のミクロドメインを含むミクロ相分離構造を有し、
前記第2の樹脂層及び前記第3の樹脂層の前記ミクロドメインのそれぞれが、前記対向方向に振幅を有する波状であり、
前記第2の樹脂層の前記波状のミクロドメインのそれぞれにおいて、当該波状のミクロドメインの凸部の頂部と凹部の底部との間における前記対向方向の距離の最大値が可視光領域の波長よりも大きく、
前記第3の樹脂層の前記波状のミクロドメインのそれぞれにおいて、当該波状のミクロドメインの凸部の頂部と凹部の底部との間における前記対向方向の距離が可視光領域の波長以下である、請求項1に記載の樹脂成形体。 - 前記樹脂成形体が、ブロック共重合体を含有する第2の樹脂層及び第3の樹脂層を更に有し、
前記第1の樹脂層が、前記第1の主面側に配置されており、
前記第2の樹脂層が、前記第2の主面側に配置されていると共に、ラメラ状のミクロドメインを含むミクロ相分離構造を有し、
前記第3の樹脂層が、前記第1の樹脂層及び前記第2の樹脂層の間に配置されていると共に、ラメラ状のミクロドメインを含むミクロ相分離構造を有し、
前記第2の樹脂層の前記ミクロドメインのそれぞれが、前記対向方向に振幅を有する波状であり、
前記第2の樹脂層の前記波状のミクロドメインのそれぞれにおいて、当該波状のミクロドメインの凸部の頂部と凹部の底部との間における前記対向方向の距離の最大値が可視光領域の波長よりも大きく、
前記第3の樹脂層の前記ミクロドメインのそれぞれが、前記第1の主面又は前記第2の主面の少なくとも一方に対して略平行に配向している、請求項1に記載の樹脂成形体。 - 前記樹脂成形体が、ブロック共重合体を含有する第2の樹脂層を更に有し、
前記第1の樹脂層が、前記第1の主面側に配置されており、
前記第2の樹脂層が、前記第2の主面側に配置されていると共に、ラメラ状のミクロドメインを含むミクロ相分離構造を有し、
前記第2の樹脂層の前記ミクロドメインのそれぞれが、前記対向方向に振幅を有する波状であり、
前記第2の樹脂層の前記波状のミクロドメインのそれぞれにおいて、当該波状のミクロドメインの凸部の頂部と凹部の底部との間における前記対向方向の距離が可視光領域の波長以下である、請求項1に記載の樹脂成形体。 - 前記樹脂成形体が、ブロック共重合体を含有する第2の樹脂層を更に有し、
前記第1の樹脂層が、前記第1の主面側に配置されており、
前記第2の樹脂層が、前記第2の主面側に配置されていると共に、ラメラ状のミクロドメインを含むミクロ相分離構造を有し、
前記第2の樹脂層の前記ミクロドメインのそれぞれが、前記第1の主面又は前記第2の主面の少なくとも一方に対して略平行に配向している、請求項1に記載の樹脂成形体。 - 前記樹脂成形体が前記第1の樹脂層からなる、請求項1に記載の樹脂成形体。
- 前記樹脂成形体における前記対向方向の厚さが1000μmを超え3000μm以下である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂成形体。
- 前記第1の樹脂層の前記ミクロ相分離構造が前記ミクロドメインを複数含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂成形体。
