Description
(構造発色体)
図1は、第1実施形態に係る構造発色体を示す斜視図である。図2は、図1のII−II線に沿った模式断面図である。第1実施形態に係る構造発色体1は、フィルム状であり、互いに略平行に対向する表面(第1の主面)1a及び裏面(第2の主面)1bを有している。構造発色体1の厚さは、100〜1000μmが好ましく、200〜800μmがより好ましい。
波長λ2=2×(n1×t1+n2×t2) ・・・(1)
第1実施形態に係る構造発色体1の製造方法は、例えば、互いに対向する第1部材の主面及び第2部材の主面の間に、ブロック共重合体と、光重合開始剤と、当該ブロック共重合体及び光重合開始剤を可溶な光重合性モノマーとを含有する溶液を介在させた状態で、第1部材の主面又は第2部材の主面の少なくとも一方に略平行な互いに異なる方向に第1部材及び第2部材を上記溶液に対して相対移動させて、ずり流動場を上記溶液に対して印加する流動場印加工程(第1工程)と、流動場印加工程の後、上記溶液に光を照射して光重合性モノマーを重合させ、ラメラ状のミクロドメインを含むミクロ相分離構造を有する構造発色体を得る光重合工程(第2工程)と、を備えている。上記製造方法は、流動場印加工程の前に溶液調製工程を更に備えていてもよい。また、上記製造方法は、流動場印加工程及び光重合工程の間にアニール工程を更に備えていてもよい。
(a)「旋回運動」:主面50bの中心点P2を通過せず且つ主面50bに略垂直な基準軸Aの周りに板状部材50を旋回運動させる方法(図5,図6(a))。
(b)「遊星運動」:主面50bの中心点P2を通過する軸を基準として板状部材50を回転運動させつつ、基準軸Aの周りに板状部材50を旋回運動させる方法(図6(b))。
(c)「回転運動(自転運動)を伴わない複数方向への振動運動(往復運動)」:板状部材50を一方向に振動運動させた後、他方向に振動運動させる方法(図7(a))。
(d)「回転運動(自転運動)を伴う振動運動」:主面50bの中心点P2を通過する軸を基準として板状部材50を回転運動させつつ、少なくとも一軸方向に板状部材50を振動運動させる方法(図7(b))。
(構造発色体)
図8は、第2実施形態に係る構造発色体を示す模式断面図である。第2実施形態に係る構造発色体2は、中間層30に代えて中間層(第3の樹脂層)90を有していることを除き、第1実施形態に係る構造発色体1と同様の構成を有している。
第2実施形態に係る構造発色体2の製造方法は、流動場印加工程が第1実施形態と異なり、その他の工程(溶液調製工程、アニール工程、光重合工程等)については第1実施形態と同様である。
Claims (6)
- 互いに対向する第1の主面及び第2の主面を有するフィルム状の構造発色体であって、
前記構造発色体が、前記第1の主面側に配置された第1の樹脂層と、前記第2の主面側に配置された第2の樹脂層と、前記第1の樹脂層及び前記第2の樹脂層の間に配置された第3の樹脂層と、を有し、
前記第1の樹脂層、前記第2の樹脂層及び前記第3の樹脂層が、ブロック共重合体を含有すると共に、ラメラ状のミクロドメインを含むミクロ相分離構造を有し、
前記ミクロドメインのそれぞれが、前記構造発色体の厚さ方向に振幅を有する波状であり、
前記第1の樹脂層及び前記第2の樹脂層の前記ミクロドメインのそれぞれにおいて、当該ミクロドメインの凸部の頂部と凹部の底部との間における前記厚さ方向の距離の最大値が350nmよりも大きく、
前記第3の樹脂層の前記ミクロドメインのそれぞれにおいて、当該ミクロドメインの凸部の頂部と凹部の底部との間における前記厚さ方向の距離が700nm以下である、構造発色体。 - 互いに対向する第1の主面及び第2の主面を有するフィルム状の構造発色体であって、
前記構造発色体が、前記第1の主面側に配置された第1の樹脂層と、前記第2の主面側に配置された第2の樹脂層と、前記第1の樹脂層及び前記第2の樹脂層の間に配置された第3の樹脂層と、を有し、
前記第1の樹脂層、前記第2の樹脂層及び前記第3の樹脂層が、ブロック共重合体を含有すると共に、ラメラ状のミクロドメインを含むミクロ相分離構造を有し、
前記第1の樹脂層及び前記第2の樹脂層の前記ミクロドメインのそれぞれが、前記構造発色体の厚さ方向に振幅を有する波状であり、
前記第1の樹脂層及び前記第2の樹脂層の前記ミクロドメインのそれぞれにおいて、当該ミクロドメインの凸部の頂部と凹部の底部との間における前記厚さ方向の距離の最大値が350nmよりも大きく、
前記第3の樹脂層の前記ミクロドメインのそれぞれが、前記第1の主面又は前記第2の主面の少なくとも一方に対して略平行に配向している、構造発色体。 - 厚さが100〜1000μmである、請求項1又は2に記載の構造発色体。
- 前記第1の樹脂層、前記第2の樹脂層及び前記第3の樹脂層からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種における前記ブロック共重合体の重量平均分子量が8.0×105以上である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の構造発色体。
- 前記第1の樹脂層、前記第2の樹脂層及び前記第3の樹脂層からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種が、アクリレート及びメタクリレートからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種の光重合性モノマーを含む組成物を重合させて得られる高分子化合物を更に含有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の構造発色体。
- 前記第1の樹脂層、前記第2の樹脂層及び前記第3の樹脂層からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種が、フタル酸エステル、アジピン酸エステル、リン酸エステル、トリメリット酸エステル、クエン酸エステル、エポキシ化合物及びポリエステルからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種を更に含有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の構造発色体。
